Video loop while doing exercises
During the timed exercises, the screen would display a muted version of the demonstration video as we do the exercise. This allows the client to focus more on the exercise instead of pausing the timer to click on the video to remember how to perform each movement,

Allow chromecast from within app, AND make it clear how to cast.
Admin says we can already do this, but I don’t see how. The videos have play/pause and stop buttons, and a volume control. There is no other apparent menu, and no visible casting option for any type of device. If this has indeed been added to the app, some instructions would not go amiss.

Three second Count down clock when you start the timer.
When you start the timer for an exercise that requires it be timed, like “whatever” for as many as you can for 30 seconds, right now when you press the timer you don’t start your first rep until about 3 seconds in. If you have a three second delay or three second countdown timer just before the 30 seconds starts it would be great.

Make the voice countdown timer and cues optional
I don’t want to hear voice over my music when I’m working out. There’s no way to turn it off in the app and it’s obnoxious and does not ever sync well with the music

Allow time to get in position for the next exercise when the timer is running.
There should be 10 - 15 seconds to get in position for the next exercise.

Enter option to record notes like time and weight on certain exercises so we can compare our progress. For example, how long we can hold a plank or max weight per set.

Bring back Video auto rotate and scale
In the December 2020 video interface update the app removed auto rotate and scale making it difficult to play back a video on iPhone 12 pro Max (likely other iPhones) and worse nearly impossible to understand details of trainers movements - making the guidance risky and difficult.

Music + video loops during exercises
I’d love the ability to play music during workouts! I also would love to see a video loop of the exercise during workout so I don’t have to pause the workout to see the exercise.

Provide and “Auto Repeat” function for videos
It would be great to be able to put a trainers video on auto replay so that you don’t have to keep getting up and hitting repeat. This will allow you to dissect their motion while you are continuing to perfect your form.

Forget about all these syncing requests. Can we make the videos easier to navigate? We need double-tap rewind and fast-forward.
The video navigation is horrific. When you want to rewind a few seconds the progress bar disappears unless you touch EXACTLY on the miniscule dot. It makes using this app completely unbearable when you're trying to watch videos

Make workout videos more informative
Videos just show the workout but it doesn't tell about the posture and how to correct if the posture is incorrect
