Customizable Workout Program
Allow users to create their own customized daily/weekly/monthly workout programs. It should be customizable to define focus areas each day (i.e. Monday and Thursday is Leg day, Tuesday and Saturday is Chest and Back…) Each workout in a daily session should allow the user to define the number of sets and reps and duration of rest between reps. Users should be able to record performance on each rep and see previous performance as a target to achieve or exceed. It would be nice to see performance progress a users fitness lifetime.
