Default Settings for Sleep
Add the ability to set default sleep and wake times to speed up entry.

Improve the layout and data entry
All the sets for an exercise need to be grouped together to make data entry (reps and weight) easier. An auto fill button would help streamline the process

Add Fit Perx searchable list to app. Would be easier than going to a separate website to find out if things are included.

Show which day each workout was completed
My trainer assigns me workouts for the week, but I usually complete them out of order. When I complete the workout, it shows that I completed it on the day my trainer assigned me to complete it, regardless of when I actually did. It would be great to show which day I actually completed it so I can make sure I’m doing some kind of workout everyday, instead of having to keep track of that outside the app.

It would be great if I could reorder the “Things to Do” on the Dash and in the Calendar in the order of my routine.

Individual workout widget
Workout widget - Swipe to move individual workouts but you can input data on the widget.
I want a widget for my Pandora and my workouts on the same page.

Clean up the workouts tab so there is far less scrolling during it.
Instead of having a workout consisting of 7 different lift and having to consistently scroll up and down, streamline the exercises more. Example : Incline bench press. (Enter) Set 1: (reps and weight). (Enter) Set 2: (reps and weight). And if trying to keep the timer in, have a sidebar timer the you can just swipe your finger and it starts or something. There’s too much clutter on the workouts page.

Opciones de la App que no se pueden usar
Los datos de mi progreso, son las opciones que no se pueden usar porque no es claro que datos ingresar o mejor aun que se sincronice con el reloj. Calorías ingeridas, masa muscular entre otras. Solo he podido usar las opciones de fotos y peso.

To be able to sync to amazfit watches as their app os really cool and comprehensive also once you add notes it freezes.
Would be great to sync with other not so we'll known brands of watches to allw you to better keep a record of your steps, calories burned etc

Note capability for each exercise
The isn't enough room to say everything I want to say in the final comment after a workout. I want to be able to keep notes for each exercise I do.

Improved tablet UI
Bigger / focused entry for self guided workouts. Auto-focus on next exercise. Having tiny buttons to push to start a timer is annoying even on a tablet.
Weights entries from last workout could be automatically entered so you can just choose reps. A progression option for the same exercise would be useful (I.e. Assisted pull-up progressions).1 vote -
Syncing faster than a minute or two, meal plans actually showing up, tracking accurate calories with fit watches
The app needs to work properly in general. The meals do not show up or update without my trainer having to get support. The calories burned are never tracked even when my iWatch is on. It takes way too long for the app to update with stats from MyFitnessPal or other tracking pages. Most trainers say to use it because this app doesn’t functionally track. Overall, the bugs need to be worked out for this to be an effective app.

Accurate Food Tracking
I've noticed that the food and qtys recorded in the app are highly inaccurate. For example raw chicken ****** - when changing the serving size to 100 grams the calories and macros are totally incorrect like most foods in the app. I've had to swap all my clients back on to my fitness pal because the food tracking feature is just so wrong.

hide weight option on home screen
For users like myself that struggle with eating disorders tracking progress by measurements is much safer than by number. It would be great if there was an option to hide the weight number from Home Screen if desired. I want to succeed without being triggered/ relapse into obsessive unhealthy patterns
