Be able to change rest times on the progression sheet.
When I create a workout and use the progression sheet, I don’t want to have to make special instruction notes for rest timers.
For instance, week 1 at 4x10 with 60sec rest. I can use the progression sheet to easily change reps and sets. So by week 6 maybe I want 5x5 but I want 2 mins, however I’m stuck with 60 seconds1 vote
