We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Self made circuits

    If I want to create a new workout or change some exercises in a trainer planned workout, it could be useful to save these workouts. So I could do that workout again. Or to save the stats I have made in the current one and if I want to do it on another day, I can replicate it. E.g. doing a murph variation with 10 rounds á 10 pull ups, 20 push ups and 30 squats in a row with 1 mile run. It is difficult and it's a pain to create it every time a new way. Thanks :-)

  3. Include details of the equipment needed for the exercise session in the description section

    This would be very helpful so that you could organise your equipment and make sure you have everything before you start your session.

  4. Have the timer for the workouts as well as the rest

    Be able to have the timer for the exercise part of the workout instead of just the rest. It’s saves constantly looking at your watch

  6. Ability to upload MP4 videos of my own without YouTube,

    Ability to upload MP4 videos of my own without YouTube, It's frustrating only being able to use YouTube or videos already In Trainerize. I want to be able to do my own.

  7. Allow combo moves

    It would be cool if Trainerize would allow moves to be combined (ie: deadlift + dumbell row) so the client knows it is a combo move.

  8. Toggle from active workout to previous

    Being able to toggle from your workout to other workouts to see notes and such. I make notes on previous workouts and like to see weights from before sometimes. It would be nice to minimize the current would to be able to view past notes and such.

    I am trying to find my max weight on a previous exercise but can’t search for anything, it would be great if I could just for an exercise to review previous progress.

  11. Allow people to upload workouts from other apps

    Enjoy the workouts I have but I like to switch it up and throw in new workouts from Pinterest or previous programs being able to input it through the app would be a great feature.

  15. Mention exercise names by concerned body area so we can choose certain workouts depending on what we are focusing on for our bodies

    The workouts should allow us to categorize exercises basis what impact they have on different concerned areas like arms, hips, thighs, abs etc. This categorisation will help us focus more on exercises we should do for sure to get the desired results

  16. Link to Scosche/HR monitors

    Currently can only track HR on LT app, not training app. Would be useful to track cardio, metabolic workouts, etc.

  17. Small check box next to each set

    Add a small box next to each individual set to “mark/check” when you have completed it. That will help those of us who have a hard time keeping track of how many sets we have done
