Change exercise + single arm reps
When you change an exercise on your workout it should give you an option to apply that change for that workout for the rest of your plan rather than having to change it manually for the rest of the workout. Also should add an option for single arm reps. At the moment if I do a single arm exercise it doesn’t give an option for left and right (arm/leg) reps

Instruction volume too low
The instructional/command volume is too low at its highest setting. I like the fact that it is independently controlled from other audio, but it should be louder or have a higher range of adjustability. I cannot hear commands at the loudest setting with my music at a normal level, much less when I turn it up to work out.

Update on the structure and feel of the exercises
I've used this app and another workout app which has a snippet of the movement as a follow along with the timer. It's a more automatic process than watching a video and manually starting the timer. The videos here are great because they're well explained, but if this could be explained while the timer is counting down for example, for those who have watched the videos a million times before :) to remember the small corrections. Also a feature to see which muscles are being exercised/stretched

Build workout
As someone who pays a lot of money to train with a trainer and gets workouts built for them, it would be great to have the ability to build your own workout in the training app that you can do at your own pace (not live) just like the workouts the trainers build.

Notes
Add the option to add notes by the user in every exercise. It would be nice to see if I did 12 reps straight in a row or if I rested for a few seconds and blasted out a few to get to 12 in total

substitute cardio
Make it easier to substitute cardio/interval/conditionng workouts set by trainer. For example, currently if the trainer sets it as running but I want to use the elliptical, I have to go in and substitute each interval and warm up and cool down, rather than being able to say I’m following the same instructions but for a different cardio type.

Color coding sets
It would be really helpful if the sets of exercises were slightly different. For example, my first set of exercises, the background light blue the second set of exercises, the background light yellow, the third set of exercises Light green. It would make it so much easier to track and I wouldn’t waste time scrolling back-and-forth to find out where I am. that’s my biggest wish. Other than that I would’ve given you a 10. Thanks so much.

Add new equipment options to the list of workout machines to include Cybex and Lifefitness.
Add new equipment options to the list of exercise machine drop downs to include Cybex machines and Life Fitness machines.

Please fix the sound issue on alerts
When the rest timer goes off between sets, if you have music playing from another app like SoundCloud or Spotify it mutes the music extremely low and keeps it muted. You have to hard close the trainerize app to get your normal volume back on the music. It’s super annoying because you can’t have your app open as the in between sets countdown is going or you risk having to reset everything just so you can

switching start date
Being able to adjust your start date, instead of having it done automatically or switching workouts one at a time. Because my rest days would be Tuesday and Wednesday compared to everyone else’s which is generally the weekend.

Save the exercise you substitute until you substitute it with something different So you’re not wasting your time scrolling every time. Also allow scheduling workouts in advance if unable to do on the day assigned. Also slow body fat calibpers to be entered. Glad to see macros is working now.

Videos start the timer
When I open an exercise that has a video I watch the video and do the exercise but it never started the timer or tracked what I was doing having to start the timer and then go into the video is a pain and I keep forgetting
