More clases
would like to recommend offering morning classes like BodyPump, GRIT, or BodyPump Heavy. Currently there are no strength or high-intensity classes available in the mornings, and it would be great for members who prefer to train early.

Floor spots for group classes
It would be really helpful (especially for fully enrolled classes) if there were markings on the floor to evenly space out mats OR if the instructor lays out the mats before class. Unfortunately, not everyone is utilizing the floor space and it creates crowding in the room, especially in the middle. It makes visibility very challenging for those in the back, limits ROM with certain excercises, and ultimately ruins the workout- please consider!

Better yoga descriptions
If the type of yoga for that class could be included in the description (vs a general boilerplate description), I would be more apt to attend. As someone who looks for yin/restorative classes, I am hesitant to go and find myself in a cardio power flow vinyasa class.

For group classes, can you include in the description if sneakers are required? Unless it’s Pilates, it’s not always clear
It’s super challenging to know what footwear to wear, especially if it’s not technically a Pilates class but includes the word “sculpt”. Especially for people working out before/after work, it’s helpful to know how to pack for class.

The ability to add a guest pass on to the class schedules
If we are able to use guest passes for the gym in general, we should be able to schedule them through the app for classes

Be able to rate classes through a star system and have them show on the app.

Roving subs for Riverside, Ca
Please hire a roving fitness instructor. It’s very important to know that when you plan your schedule and show up for class that someone will be there. No indication on app. No fault to the instructor. They cannot be reasonably expected to work 52 weeks a year. They need a sub. Please hire staff who can make this happen.

Even in a rural area like the one I live in, it would be exponentially more helpful if I could schedule myself for classes or training sessions via the app

Update the waitlist feature
Those on a waitlist for a class should get notified first before the general members and have a certain amount of time to register before it Goes to the next person. It’s not a true waitlist if everyone gets access even if you’re not on it.

A welcome or hello from class instructors
I went to my first class after signing up for the gym & honestly had no idea what to do when I got there. The instructor showed up 5 minutes late, we were expected to grab our own mats & weights but were not told what to grab. Just a very unwelcoming experience for my first class. No hello or welcome to new faces that were joining for the first time. In addition, myself & my friend did not know it was expected to wear shoes in the class as we were under the impression it was being done on…

Class scheduled to calendar
The new app does not put the class on my calendar, so even though I have checked in if it doesn’t pop up in my calendar, sometimes I don’t show up. Please change this.

Allow 24 hours of sign up time before each class, not just 12 hours.
Allow 24 hours of sign up opportunity before each class. 12 hours isn't enough and sometimes I'm already asleep by the time 12-hour time frame has hit. And sometimes I have to get up at like 5:30 a.m. To get signed up for the 5:30 p.m. Class! 24 hours which would be much easier and way more convenient.

Reminder to book a class
You should make a feature in the app to allow a notification to be sent when a class I’m interested in, opens for booking. For example if it’s Monday and I’m looking at a Saturday morning yoga class, I want an option for the app to remind me to book that class on Friday morning.

4:30pm classes - yoga, kickboxing, mobility - Methuen/North Andover
Offer more traditional yoga classes like warm or room temp classes and more mobility/stretching and Kickboxing classes at 4:30pm in Methuen Elite, Methuen East or North Andover locations. This helps those looking for more variety so it's not all heavy weight based or HIT classes at that time.
