Automated kid check in
The check in process for the child care center should use computers where they look up your membership and a photo of yourself and children come up. Using a paper on a clip board and hoping the staff remember your face does not ensure the safest ordeal for my children.

Closures/Power Outages
Send push notifications when the gym is closing due to inclement weather or power outages. Also, send notifications if the pool is to be closed for any reason. Send another notification for when the gym or pool is back open

Being able to talk to sales department when you have a problem on your credit card
When you call the gyms phone number. You should have the option to talk to the sales department and through the app. I think it's only fair that this gym is not over charging us with their prices.

Adding more people on the membership if you are paying a champion membership
I have big concern about they gym why are you paying 129 dollars a month when you can only add 1 person per guest I think this is pure ********. I think that this is something to consider. This needs to be implemented on the membership. With other gyms they are not like this you can add people on your membership and they come in their own time.

Feedback for group fitness instructors
I would like to be able to fill out a questionnaire for each class I attended so that I can tell the trainer what I liked and might want to have them think about changing. Music selection, motivation, correcting form during exercise and general feeling of the class are areas that I would want them to know. Make it anonymous and provide each instructor with a summary of the week in a pie chart for each question. There’s got to be a way to automate that. More room equipment
2/8/2024. Covina Fitness 19. All room equipment is taken out of the room and not returned. For example, the red risers, the mats, even weights are missing. We are paying, we need the equipment to do the classes. Not be chasing them around.
Managers need to get more involved not just seat on the sidelines.

Stop members from camping out on a machine.
Some people are staying on a machine while resting and blocking their use. If it was a few minutes between reps I would understand but ten or more is too long!

A way to request a song.
The music currently playing in the gym is horrible. Sounds like an 80s workout tape. Seems like a small thing but I've really grown to despise it. I usually wear earbuds but when I'm not alone I have to listen to that awful workoutrhythmfusion.mp4

Live chat
A live chat feature to chat with front desk workers if you have any questions so they can fix things like billing issues or stuff very fast without having to go in or call to fix it

Change membership type
Instead of having to go up to the front desk to change the membership it would be better if there’s a way for us to change it so we won’t have a problem at the front desk cause the front desk won’t cancel or change our membership

Expand gym floor
Get rid of the back room with a glass wall. Open the gym floor to make it more spacious. Maybe add a couple new pieces of equipment.

Spa out of order /pool & spa closed
Notify on the app if the spa or pool is out of order or closed. Several times I come ready for the spa and it’s being drained or something. Would’ve been nice to know that before I left the house in a bathing suit.

A feature on the app that shows all the equipment and machines in the gym and videos on how to use them. Also a virtual tour of the gym via the app

Qaidio Scale Sync
I spent over $100 on this smart scale before I started my PT program and would love to sync it with my fitness program app. The Qardio Base X does at the good stuff, like muscle mass, subcutaneous fat, body fat %, skeletal muscle, water composition, BMI and BMR. It syncs with my Google fit but I would like all the data to directly sync to your app please. I would settle for a Google fit sync though. Thank you.
