Machine Directory
I would love to see a machine directory added to the app. Each machine could have its own page that includes:
• The name of the machine
• A short video or GIF demonstrating proper use
• A visual highlighting the primary muscle groups worked
• The machine’s location within the gymThis feature would be especially helpful for new members, those trying unfamiliar equipment, and anyone looking to build more effective workouts. It would make the gym more accessible and help members feel more confident using the equipment correctly and safely.

Allow us to message back on the app when we get messages!!
We get private messages from folks but unable to respond back. We dont always have time to call the gym to talk. Let alone call MULTIPLE times just to have no one answer. Especially at my local gym where they dont really have “peak” times and they just sit up there on their phones getting oaid to do nothing.

Permanent Guest Entry Barcode
If you are bringing in the same guest each time you come, they(the guest) should be able keep their barcode for easier entry and not have to show their ID each time.

I’d appreciate if the app had an option to add the qr code to apple wallet
It would be way easier for users to find the QR code in the apple wallet app by just clicking the side button instead of finding the Golds Gym app and then getting the code inside the app.
Also I would really appreciate if you guys finally add to the NorCal icon the dark mode. It’s very annoying when all the icons turn dark except golds gym1 vote -

Should be able to update home gym on the app as member relocate. At least every 30 days.

Make the QR Codes on the App larger
The new, smaller size of the QR code causes scanning issues for utilizing some recovery equipment. Please revert to the old, larger size.

Add a feature in the app that keeps track of all the “freebies” you have each month depending on which membership you have to begin with and what’s left. Also an easy way/link to get to some of the perks different memberships have since some of them you need to make an appointment for

Smaller font, smaller badges, less white space
I want to be able to see more on one page with less scrolling. Some of the square badges are huge! Why can't I make them smaller, make the font smaller, etc.?

Towel count status
Our membership level gives us a specific number of free sweat towels and/or a charge for shower towels. I would like to know how many towels I have left in my monthly allotment and not be surprised by extra charges.
