Access to freeze and unfreeze membership through the app
The app should allow access to freeze or unfreeze your membership. You should not have to call in for something so simple. Saves customer and gym staff time.

It’s important to be able to have this option so you can regain your customers. After my experience I don’t want to come back because everyone is giving me a hard time about freezing my membership.
