Members should be able to view billings, as well as have the ability to put membership on hold or cancel.

Amped fitness is scum , and make it hard to cancel. Bc they want ,you’re money . I moved out of Florida 2yrs ago. And found out today they still Been charging me . Even when I called and told them , to cancel my membership . I’m thinking of doing a lawsuit at this point . They owe me 200$ .

Cancels and freezes should be done by management only in order to see why and a chance to save the cancel.

Maybe not an indefinite hold but perhaps like a 90-day hold with a reminder 7 days before your account will be billed again. For like medical or financial hardship. And automatically be able to cancel if you move to an area with no bfit gym
