We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Search by Class Format

    Class type is the name of the class rather than class format. That means there are too many choices. Classes should be tagged with format type, for example, "Strength", "Core Strength", and "Bootcamp" can all be "Strength" for a filtered search. They'd still have unique names, but easier to search. Often times, "Simply Yoga" "Pilates" "All Levels Yoga" would be tagged with format "Mind and Body." Some class types would have multiple tags/format types. For example, "Kickboxing" might be tagged "Cardio" and "Strength"

  3. After reserving a class, the app should take you back on the date you left off.

    Not some random date and you have to scroll down all over again figuring out where you were previously

  5. Calendaring and reminders

    No ability to save scheduled classes in phone calendar 😒 please add that. and can we please have the ability to get a notification when a class has opened up for booking?

  7. FIX THE TIMEZONES

    Make it possible to change the time zone. My appointment times have NEVER been correct. I show up, trainer isn't ready, says it's not for another hour, blames it on the eos system not being in the same time zone.

    If you don't show up you should be penalized, three times and your banned for a week, month etc

  10. Access to classes at all clubs for those of us with multiple access

    The app doesn't consider that Arizona doesn't observe Daylight Savings Time so my 3:30 appointment now shows as 2:30

  17. Schedule viewing

    If I look for classes at 5:55 and there's a class at 6 I can see it. But if I check the app at 6:05 it will not show that class, and then I don't know if the studio is free or not.
    Also there are some activities in the studio that are not mentioned in the app, so it's very frustrating to get to the gym and find out the room isn't available.
