We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  7. Stay open till midnight.

    I joined Broadway location due to 24 hour access and my work schedule. Since the 11pm close I have not been able to attend the gym and have now paid for eight months of gym membership and not been to the gym due to my schedule. Please extend Monday-Friday access till midnight.

  8. Newbie tutorial

    It would be great to have a tutorial for gym newbies. A written guide or videos to watch. Difference in treadmills and bikes, how to use the screens on the cardio equipment, how to utilize your benefits. Also maybe a club map.

  9. Turn the music down

    The music is too loud and it’s just barely below OSHA standards for hearing loss. To drown it out, one has to play personal music at levels that cause hearing loss. TURN THE MUSIC DOWN!!!

  12. Request for guest pass for members for friends and family members

    Easier for gym staff to process guest passes. Guests can provide needed identification and needed signatures, pre visit.

  13. Bigger building and a Sauna

    I enjoy the muscle shoals location, but it's not enough space. Having to wait for machines or space takes out time in my day. Also a sauna would be nice. I'm paying the same price other gyms charge and they have more amenities to offer.

    I’m thinking the app could reveal a streak of how many times you entered the gym. There could be a gym streak icon on the app. “Streaks help build your daily gym habit. “( like the Bible app streak).

  18. Add last 4 digits of the credit card in “payment history=>In club transactions”

    Please add the last four digits of the credit card used in the ‘Payment History => In Club Transactions’ section. This will help us check when the credit card registered was used or other. For today’s transactions, only indicate ‘Visa’ or ‘Master. Thus, we can track which family members incurred expenses using the registered membership card.

    The drinking fountains are too cumbersome to refill a water bottle. Water refill stations above the drinking fountains or separately would be a huge improvement. (Donelson location)

  20. able to share feedback without having to make a dumb account

    It’s extremely frustrating to have to sign up for yet another account and confirm an email and then enter a code just to vote on a feature. You probably have tons of customers interested in these features who can’t be bothered to jump through 85 hoops just to make a suggestion
