The app gives notifications only 10 minutes before the class starts, aka when I’m already at the gym. It’s be nice if this notification was at least 2 hours ahead as a reminder.

We have family memberships but have no way to add, deactivate, see other household members.

After a workout has been updated it would be great to be able to pull up prior month's workouts.

Make it possible to select multiple classes at a time then book.

You could see your end of class summary on the OLD App, you can’t on the new app. Also, you cannot use the monitor to do ur own workout like on the OLD app. You should have left the old app in tack so we could use both.

Having fit bit connect automatically. Majority of the time of when my fit bit syncs the app doesn’t recognize the sync. I have to go into the app and ask if to sync.

I need to be able to look at my app and know when I tanned last. There is a 24 hour law on tanning , so this should be a feature to know when you were allowed to tan the next visit. I shouldn’t have to call and ask or drive there to see when I can tan again.

The secondary user on my account does not have his own account to use the app. He has to log into mine. Secondary users should have access to either have their own app account or the ability to add a secondary user on one app account

The barcode we have to scan to enter the gym cannot to be added to Google wallet. Giving the ability to add it there would would accessing it very easy.

No dance or martial arts available in the neighborhood so offer some would be a competitive edge.

Add more early morning class like around 6-8am ish- I believe there is people who wants to go to class but the schedules never fits their schedules- would be nice if we have more early morning class

I’d like the ability to order a protein shake through the app and have it charge directly to my account. That way I can put my order in before my workout is done so it’s ready for when I leave.

If you know about classes coming up in advance and it’s EASY to access the information it might motivate someone to attend or help with planning your schedule to attend as well .

No option to add app to shared location settings. This means the Apple wallet prompt on Lock Screen does not work when you are near the gym. The other app did the perfectly and with this new one it almost never works.

In the gym we can connect to the Life Fitness cardio machines to track distances and calories and what not, but there isn’t a way to connect that info to the CLUB4 app.

Instead of the daycare worker looking your name up and your child’s name up, bring back the QR code to scan them in so it takes less time to check them in.

Can’t find where to access private messages.
I get a notification on my Home Screen, but can’t access the message within the app.
Please help!
