We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. Enable to see classes available at all locations

    Right now it is only possible to see classes at the gym you signed up at. Enable the ability to check other locations for classes that are of interest. For instance I enjoy the Latin Dance Party on Sundays at the Dundas St. location and would like to see if it offered else where.

  4. Add gym ID to Apple/samsung wallet

    Adding your MÜV Fitness ID to Apple Wallet allows for convenient access to your membership information and check-in at the gym. Instead of having to generate a code through the app. Can we please bring this feature to the app

  6. Improvement for the waitlist feature:automatically book the first person on the waitlist I to a class if there is an opening.

    Automatically book the first person on the waitlist I to the class once there is an opening, send notification to this person with an option to cancel.
    The current waitlist feature is not working well - people do jot. Heck their emails or check notifications in the all every minute to book the class at the time of the opening. T his is very frustrating and defeats the purpose of the waitlist. You might as well not use it at all, just send out emails to all the members on the gym. I hear a lot of complaints from other…

  7. Connect to Oura Ring

    I would like to sync my oura ring to the app, I use an oura ring instead of a smart watch. It tracks my sleep, heart rate, steps etc.

  8. A way to “favourite” a trainer to see if they work in other clubs. Also would be great to be able to note trainers that you did not like.

    I have trainers that I love and would take any class they did and then trainers that I did not vibe with their style and do not want to waste time at one of their classes. Would be nice to be able to rate or favourite, just for my own personal info.

  10. New App update missing classes

    New update (Dec '25) is TERRIBLE!!!!!! There is no way to search for classes. It's just an empty box. I'm supposed to type in a class I want? How? You change the names all the time. I can't search for 2 weeks out any more. It's literally 1 day at a time. I'm finding this plus the removal of many classes at my gym with no replacement offered (1 instructor left for a few months) for those time slots. Very little variety. I can't even confirm this in the app now. Please fix tech people.

  13. Mobile Device Etiquette

    Post signs in the resistance weight areas to minimize mobile device usage while using equipment. Very irritating watching people hog the equipment for very long periods as they sit on equipment scrolling through their phones.

  15. Adding more equipment in the women’s room (e.g., smith machine, squat rack, bench press)

    Make paying the extra membership just to use the women’s room worth it. It’s really dry in there with mainly cardio machines. I would prefer some be taken out & adding in a squat rack, bench press setup, and/or a smith machine. Even just having one of those would be great!

  16. To be able to buy drinks from the fridge through the app

    During non staffed hours you can’t buy a drink, so it would be cool if you could just pay for it through the app.

  17. Chat feature to report problems in real time

    It would be nice to have a chat feature where members can share issues in real time. Sometimes there is a weird man working out in the womens center, or unattended teenagers destroying property in the sauna, and there's no way to immediately inform staff without leaving to go to the front desk
