We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    We need a heavy bag in the east Alton location , everybody wants it , there’s room , for training and drills an even if there was a class I’m pretty positive there would be a good outcome for that class filling .. PLEASE BRING IN THE HEAVY BAG

  2. Add gym ID to Apple/samsung wallet

    Adding your MÜV Fitness ID to Apple Wallet allows for convenient access to your membership information and check-in at the gym. Instead of having to generate a code through the app. Can we please bring this feature to the app

  5. Kids Center Timer

    I know we all would like to track how long our kids have been checked in to the center. But what if we were to utilize the reminders the app already sends out for classes and appointments but have it send out a 15 minute reminder when there is 15 minutes left of the 2hrs allowed time in the kids center? That way for parents that lose track of time it will pop up automatically letting them know they've got 15 minutes to finish up and head the the center to grab the little ones.   6. Improvement for the waitlist feature:automatically book the first person on the waitlist I to a class if there is an opening.

    Automatically book the first person on the waitlist I to the class once there is an opening, send notification to this person with an option to cancel.
    The current waitlist feature is not working well - people do jot. Heck their emails or check notifications in the all every minute to book the class at the time of the opening.   8. Option to have barcode open automatically when opening the app

    This way you can just open the app and scan right in rather than fiddling with pushing the button. You could toggle the feature on or off.

    We used to be able to have multiple locations as our favorites, so will make it easier to select the class that you wanted to take now it has your home location as your favorite and you can’t set up additional would be nice to have multiple locations saved as favorites

  13. Enable to see classes available at all locations

    Right now it is only possible to see classes at the gym you signed up at. Enable the ability to check other locations for classes that are of interest. For instance I enjoy the Latin Dance Party on Sundays at the Dundas St. location and would like to see if it offered else where.
