    Thanks for suggesting this idea. We’re now picking this up for development.

    Can you give us some examples why you need to export the contact list? What apps do you want to import it into? Also, is it for remarketing or reactivating existing clients?

    If you can let us know what fields you need for the csv export report. Thanks.

    Make the option to change start date of a program without it altering all auto messages. Ex I have set up numerous programs that start on Monday with auto reminders aka messages. However when I duplicate that program and then start it on Wed or any other day all of the auto messages are "shifted" to the incorrect days. So let's say I start the program on Monday and also set a every Monday Motivation message to go out on those Mondays. If I duplicate the program and start the program on a Wednesday I want those messages to stay on Wednesday instead of it automatically shifting to Mondays. This seems like an easy option to add and could also be done with the training as well. However I’m ignorant to coding lol so yeah. Thank you Trainerize! Y’all are awesome.

    I’m a quarter the way into creating a 12 week program that’s 100% about behavior change. This program has videos and/or written instructions that are “auto messaged” everyday. I want to include already existing exercise programming however I have numerous training programs which makes it difficult to include both in a clients profile.
    For me clients will not assign programs themselves but that would be an incredible option.
    I would bundle different programs depending on what the client chooses.

    Hey all,

    Happy new year in advance! Our design team is looking into the “Find a client” action for zapier.

    So we’re thinking this action should:
    - take an email address and try to find a client that already exists.
    - return the basic client profile fields of the client

    So the use-cases we’ve heard so far are:
    - ability to build branching zaps, where you can identify if a client already exists, then skip the add a client step
    - get a phone number or name from a client in Trainerize, then send it to another program to do something like SMS etc.

    Any other use cases we’re missing? How do you envision using this?

    We are currently starting the planning phase with this feature and we need your feedback and use cases to ensure we build this correctly for you.

    Please let us know:
    - What kind of free trial offers you are currently running?
    - Where do you/would you list your free trial offers?
    - Any program/meal plan/etc automations required on sign up?
    - How long is the trial for?
    - What happens at the end of the trial?
    - Do you want their credit card collected upfront to upsell them to another product? Or be credit card free?

    Any other details you think will help us understand your needs for free trial will be extremely helpful!

    We are currently starting the planning phase with this feature and we need your feedback and use cases to ensure we build this correctly for you.

    Currently when someone needs to pause their subscription, what do you do?

    Do you keep them on the same billing date, but skip payment cycles? What about partial months? How do you account for that?

    Or do you simply just switch the next billing cycle date?
