PLEASE ADD BILLING DATE CHANGES, AND MEMBERSHIP PAUSING
Being able to pause/freeze a client's membership and change a billing date is one of the most fundamental features a CRM software should have! Not having these basic features as a single action is really making me want to switch software from Trainerize.

Please add this option as pausing client products for when they're on holiday or for whatever other reason is a must for everyone

Pausing and resuming is an absolute must for when clients fall behind on session use. Such a head ache for both coach and client to have to manually cancel a program/package and then resell it just to shift to a new billing date so they can catch up on banked/missed sessions due to vacation, work travel or illness.

Very important!! There's a high chance that we could lose clients if we charge them the wrong amount or overcharge them because we cannot put the subscription on hold.

Agree!! I cannot believe this is not a feature. This is causing so much headache and extra work.

Agree with this. Tried extending a few online clients memberships but have to go through a discount code process for them. Not difficult but also not ideal for streamlining the process.

Super important! For recurring payments, I need to have flexibility in pausing and resuming their program.

This is a critical function that is really need asap. Trainerize is a really good platform to use but this is a huge oversight and one that's needed so much
