Range of motion routine
Combine existing exercise into a routine to increase range of motion so this can be done on off days to lifting. This would be with very like weights and exercises like resisted backswing, 3D torso rotation, 3D hip rotation, etc. The last time I looked at the range of motion it had 3 exercises. This could be a series, A, B, C. To be done throughout the year.

Duplicate workouts
Ability to duplicate workouts so I can schedule the same workout from week to week.

A place to print out or save previous workouts, what weights and how heavy.
I would like to be able to print or save my previous workouts, the exercise, # of reps, and weight used.

Add a dictionary to allow multiple names for the same exercise.

More customizable
Ability to add exercises that are not shown. Easier to change up exercises and they stay for the next time you do the same workout.

Clear all data so you can start the program over
I bought a 120 day program I did it once all the way through. I want to be able to save my old data while allowing me to restart the program with out having to scroll all the way to the top(which takes about 2-3min for it to load) only to be allowed to edit previous stats

Letting clients take charge when necessary
Letting clients use the existing exercise planned but when the gym is busy let them rearrange it. I also think a count down is helpful but I would like to know and see what comes next for myself and other gym members around.

Ability to pause the workout(so the option is not just cancel or discard). This allows to complete it during the day in separate intervals.
Due to travel or meetings, one could start the workout and not be able to complete it all at one time. The ability to select a pause icon, and not just discard or cancel, would be terrific. If you don’t stop, the watch keeps ticking. Allow pause within 24 hours.

Delete Confirmation
Instead of having the swipe to delete button, with no confirmation, and immediately deleting a workout that was logged, it would be nice if the user was asked “are you sure you want to delete this workout?” That way, a user doesn’t just fat finger swipe and delete and delete valuable information. This leads to a poor user experience.

Ability to add comments for an exercise after completed.
Please add a comments section on exercises after reps and weights. This can track note when needed. For example- used red band, used kettle bell instead of barbell etc…

After the trainer has changed the available workout, I would still like to be able to repeat a workout we previously did.
I’d like to be able to start a new workout session from the calendar or history view. When viewing a workout session that I’ve already completed, I’d like to be able to start a new session with that workout plan.

Consolidate a workout imported from off app
The ability to consolidate a workout in trainerize for a workout that was tracked by both the app and another app, ie Garmin, Google fit, Apple watch...
As it stands for my to get credit for the workout with my trainer I have to mark it complete in the app. For me to be able to get the full metrics of my workout it has to be tracked in Garmin. When I do this it shows two separate workouts and I can't mesh them together.

Being able to see the workout before pressing play.
On a different app. You can see the exercises that are being done and how many sets and reps there will be. That way if an exercise is new you can see how to do it correctly. It also helps to know what exercises I’ll be doing so I can plan my day and move at my own pace. And mark complete without feeling rushed.

Have a description of what muscle groups are being worked that is readily accessible without opening a video.

View exercise comments
You should be able to see comments for specific exercises and comment on those exercises rather than full day workouts… or even if full day workouts, allow it so you can see them while on your current workout without having to go back and individually look up each comment.
