So important! My energy is very low during my cycle, and cravings are high. It would be great to see long term patterns affected by this.

I'm so surprised this is not already on her. As a coach that only works with women it's absolutely vital! By not adding this data to the Trainerize app you are essentially saying that women's cycles don't have any role to play in their physical health & wellbeing.

My weight and strength fluctuates depending on my menstrual cycle. It would be helpful to be able to track this to see how much my period effects my strength, calories, steps etc.

Have had this requested so much. Our girlies, it's important for us to be in touch and understand our cycles. Plus being able for us to see where our female clients are in which cycle can help us understand why they may be experiencing certain things.

A woman's menstrual cycle affects her weight. Can you add a way to track this with the weight/measurements. Maybe even having the numbers change color

This is so important that my coach recommends I not weigh-in during my menses as it impacts EVERYTHING. This should automatically be included and I am surprised that it is not already.

It affects everything. We need to track this in every app.

In my Garmin connect app it asks for info about start and finish of your menstrual cycle and symptoms when next is predicted to start etc... I'm assuming other fitness tracker apps like Fitbit etc may well track this info too... Is that a way this info can also be synced to the trainerize app too like the steps and sleep info are etc... Would be much easier if this info was automatically shared with my trainer. Or at least have the option to sync this info so people who don't want or need it can switch it off and people who would find it useful for it to auto share rather than updating two places separately, can do so.

The female menstrual cycle highly effects the female athletes strength, mood, energy, food cravings and overall performance in the gym. It would benefit female athletes to sync up their training style with where they are at in their cycle.

We need this for women so bad. Cycle tracking can help us program better for our clients based on where they are in their cycle.
