Integrate your app with oura ring app
Oura ring tracks sleep as well as activity, pulse rate, etc. It would be great to have it integrated with your app.

Use more common ingredients.
I’m all for trying new things, but many of the recipes list items that I have either never heard of or can only be found a specialty stores. I live in the boondocks, so it’s quite a haul for me to find certain items.

I want to enter comments within a workout.
I’d like to add comments within a workout so I can remember adaptations that I may have figured out, or how the workout went for me.

Building a meal by adding ingredients together.
When you cook a lot at home, you like to play around with the ingredients so just because someone’s taco soup says homemade taco soup it’s not sure that they use all the same ingredients as you have. So what I usually have to do is go and add all the ingredients I use for the pot to a meal, then get out a calculator and do the math to divide it into how many servings that is, and then go back and re-log all of it for a one serving. It just takes a lot of time and could…

Go back to the old version
This new version is not nearly as user friendly. At the very least could you add a zoom out option so I dont have to scroll for a year to see the whole week of workouts on that page. Also BRING MY MEAL STARS BACK! This was a motivator being on the front page and I hate not being able to see my gold star when I log in! Begging! I went back to the old version when it was an option in settings then yall took that away.

See full day protein fats and carbs
When switching a meal allow to see the total break down not only 1 meal at a time.
This way if u want to switch it would be easier to switch in and out meanwhile hitting targets and making sure you are on track to hit your goals.14 votes -

Remember serving sizes
Have the app remember the last serving size used in the meal tracker. Most people eat similar amounts of the same foods.
This would speed up food entry as you wouldn’t need to edit the serving each time, just click the “+” symbol

The ability to show what meals we can make based on what we have in our refrigerators currently
It would be great if we could have a way to check what foods we currently have in our homes and reverse search the meals we can make from that.

List ALL ingredients in the recipes, not just in the Instructions.
Two days in a row now I was in the process of preparing a recipe, and got to were the instructions said to add the quinoa. But quinoa wasn’t even listed in the ingredients. That’s a significant omission. I’m guessing it might be because I chose the low carb option, but how would I know? There’s no legend to understanding recipe modifications.
