One of the sales managers at Fit Factory here but but I have suggestions regarding the Clubs daily operations: Allow PREMIER and VIP members to register their guest VIA App and generate a barcode for them prior to their visit to the club and allow account holder to add or minus the free guest at any time 🦾 this is essential for VIP members and benefits premier folks that visits with their free guests regularly.. additionally members that have multi club access can visit any gym with peace of mind (+1 members, Gymbuddies, friends, couples, married folks, partners ….)!! Show club hours next to club info
I don’t know if I’m just kidding it, but the club hours are not visible with club info. That would be greatly helpful for those who don’t have the gym hours locked in yet

You need to account for multiple people on a paid membership and give them their own number so each member of family has their own access.

I set up my account on the new app. The gym fixed our acct for my husband to have access, now his photo and name are on my account in the app. And it wouldn't give me access to the women's side. Very disappointing

Please make the barcode larger
The barcode to check in used to be larger, but now it's much smaller making it more challenging for the barcode reader to pick it up.

Fix your SQL back end. It’s clear you either have no SQL admin or they are flat out terrible. Feel free to hire me for consulting.
so many features that rely on SQL are flat out broken. Also I’m pretty sure your database got popped (hacked/leaked) back in November even though you didn’t tell any of us.

machine labels
The machine names are sometimes different than the app names. It would be great to have them the same. If you the gym labeled each machine with the name found on the app, it would save much time searching for an uncommon machine.

Add in app poll for desired potential classes
Add a feature where we can vote for desired potential classes and times. Classes at my gym are dropped when there is low demand and right now it seems what they get replaced with is arbitrary. allowing people to vote for desired classes on this app would give a better idea of actual demand.

Primary gym II locked into the feature for ‘classes today’
It should save my primary gym as the one that is featured instead of having to scroll to gym 2 from the scroll down menu every time to do a quick run of the classes offered. Gym 1 is set as default for all classes except the gym classes that I am on the schedule for. Sometimes this info pool takes a long time to load when you are a last minute decision making expert

Collapse completed set
In a workout routine within the app that the trainer sets up, allow the user to collapse the completed sets. Once they are finished, which gives the user a clean view of what’s been done versus what is left to do.

Club class locations
Could the app save the location filters (ideally all filters) in Find a Class? It's annoying to have to select the same multiple locations every time I'm looking for a class. Thanks.
