An error occurred while saving the comment Team SassyFitness commentedMy clients want something that they can track and see the number of ounces they are drinking as the day goes on. Like a counter.
Just tracking the water for a meal is not showing them at the end of the day how many ounces of water they have consumed each day. This is what I’m referring to. I hope this makes sense.
Kind of like myfitnesspal, when you can track the amount of ounces of water you drink per day and it continuously counts up as you add the ounces.

It would be great to track this and know the fluctuations in habits and photos. Many of my clients have requested this, and I believe it would be beneficial for the coach.
