    I find the OURA ring much more accurate in sleep, activities, and health tracking than the watch or any other tracking software I’ve ever worn. I’ve had multiple sclerosis for 15 years, and I’ve tried just about everything and ended out with the OURA ring. It is the best thing out there right now, and if we integrate this, it would be the best thing I think we could do.

  8. When the trainer sets a timed exercise automatically have a timer for that time so your circuit flows better and you don't have to stop
