Update the workout area
Can you please update and make the work area more customisable?
Id like to break down my workouts into different areas and separate things a bit more. ExampleSection to write my warm up
Section to write main workout
Section to write Cool downThis way is better than having one long list of exercises or writing multiple workouts.
So the main are that's there now maybe triple it or give us the option to add custom areas.
Not everyone enjoys reps and sets and at times id like to do a workout for time, or as many rounds etc.…

Exercise Alternative drop down for each exercise in a workout
Add a "Alternative Exercise" dropdown option for EACH exercise in a given workout. When machines or devices are busy at a gym, it leaves our clients guessing what a good alternative option is, which removes the power of their coach to guide that before hand.

Ongoing timer for longer pauses
It would be great to have a timer that keeps going if the client wants to prolong the pause. For example after hitting a set to failure or failing to early.
E.g. when the normal timer is 90 Seconds it would be great to to prolong the timer to 3 minutes if the client fails to hit all the needed reps.1 vote -
Indicator for finished sets in the client app
Please implement an indicator for finished sets in the client app. When doing the program sometimes it is confusing which set is already finished because there is no positive indicator for finished sets.
Pros:
- Better tracking of current workout
- Faster scanning of UI elements1 vote -
Ability to upload my own photo for thumbnail of a workout
It should be possible to choose a cover for each daily routine instead of having the image of the first exercise predetermined.

Edit Training Plan Workouts in Calendar View
Ability to click a workout in calendar view and enter the Workout Builder directly. If I want to swap an exercise, rep count, or edit the description. Right now I have to go to the calendar to see which workout I want to edit, then search for it in the Training Program, then edit it. It would save SO MUCH TIME to be able to schedule, edit, and adjust everything in one place. This is in reference to workouts already sitting in the client's Training Program.

I would like to be able to move exercises from one day to another within the same cycle.
When I working on a plan, I would like to be able to move one exercise to another day within that person's plan without having to delete it, save that day, then go to the other day and find the exercise to save it to the new day. So my idea... When working on the plan I could click the exercise then in the option bar (near to delete and copy) there is an option to "move to another day".
Im coming from truecoach and with that program you can drag and drop exercise through the days of the cycle.…

Edit calendar workouts via desktop
Being able to edit workouts in the calendar is currently only an option on mobile. I'd like to be able to schedule already made workouts and tweak slightly for each client, saves A LOT of time rather than recreating the workout every time i need to change it

Have the weekly progressions stay with their respective exercise
Probably seems minuscule, but I'll start by building a workout (let's say bench, pull-up, leg press, leg curl, for simplicity), then go into the progression spreadsheet to adjust the weekly progression for each exercise. Then maybe halfway through that training block, we'll decide to add an exercise (maybe add dumbbell rows before bench).
Unfortunately, the progression in the spreadsheet for each week left in the training block will stay in place while the exercises in the far left column will shift down below wherever I added the new exercise. So the progression for bench will now line up with dumbbell…

Grouping exercises without having to put them in a superset
Allow the ability to group together exercises that isnt a superset ie warmup, Cooldown, Work body, Hamstring specific, Ect. This would allow for a more user friendly design of a program.

Swap/ remove an exercise in scheduled workout(s)
Should be able to remove or swap an exercise in scheduled workouts. It is a real pain when I have to swap an exercise for a client but the only way to do it is to unschedule the workout and re write the entire workout again just to accommodate the new exercise.
Surely there is a better way and I am missing something?
Thanks

Cardio scheduling
It would be great if cardio workouts could be designed to be edited and saved with more detail. Ie: similar to Final Surge
I currently have to schedule in both programs due to inability to add enough detail or edit in trainerize. For the cost of trainerize I would hope this is a feature that's coming1 vote -
Bring back the old scheduling system
In the past we could select to schedule a workout and you could see when any other workouts were scheduled. They were all color coded. It allowed us to layout a schedule very quickly, easily, and without errors. It's just more cumbersome now and I don't understand why we went away from a really efficient system.

Custom cardio metrics
Be able to customize the cardio metric you want to measure for each different cardio exercise. For example I might want to measure running in miles but I definitely want to measure rowing in meters. This should be independent of the "units selected" in the profile.
