Allow in app sign ups and purchases
Not having this feature is a very high barrier of entry. Being apple to purchase app access straight from the app would be a game changer. The purpose of the app, for many smaller studios, is to drive clients in and increase business. Using the app as just product delivery, doesn’t assist with that.

Stronger Point Of Sale & Billing Features + Contract Generation
With all the features Trainerize has added over the years, the only thing preventing it from being a standalone CRM is stronger sales and billing features.
Contract Generation - Products should have the ability to add a contract. It should auto-fill client info and allowed it to be signed in app or printed out to be signed.
Stronger Point Of Sales - Allowing partial payments at sign up/payment plans. Custom billing dates, split payments, pay for another member, etc.
Billing Features - Many of the above being able to be edited, pausing/freezing memberships, refunding items to account, applying account balance…

multiple versions of same product
Please allow a single product to be sold in multiple versions or at multiple price points (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc). A lot of space is wasted showing the same product over and over again but with specific variations on the products page for clients (especially on mobile) and it is more confusing and overwhelming than helpful.
Hiding variations of products, and only showing one, and telling the client there are others available upon request is the only workaround and it has the opposite problem: clients are not well informed about their options and may avoid making a purchase simply because…

Integrate Paypal as an option for those who live in the Channel Islands as Stripe is unavailable

Payment method
We need more payment methods in the Stripe/ Trainerize Pay integration.
Currently it only accepts credit/debit cards which take 2.9% +30c on EACH transaction. This can get way too expensive considering some people do weekly payments and the integration isn't any good either. No freezing memberships, no payment reminders, no instant payouts, etc.
People at least need the option to use Bank transfers, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc

Add Terms and Conditions agreement to the Check out page of a product
Rather than having to connect zappier and a third party document signing app, Trainerize should have the option for coaches to add a "Terms and Conditions Agreement" to each product. This would allow for a streamlined selling process inside of trainerize.

Multiple bank accounts for multiple sites
We run an expanding chain of gyms that offer PT services, each gym has it's own subsidiary bank account. At present on trainerize if we use it to take payments, all funds would be paid into one account. My request would be that for each location you could add its own bank details for payments to be paid to, so that each location can better manage and control it's own finances.

Down payment
I would like to offer clients the ability to make a down payment and then have the remaining payments auto draft. For example; for a $5000 plan they could pay 20% down ($1000) an have the remaining $4000 paid as monthly installaments of $363.63. I know I could create a product for $2000 then create another product that has recurring 11 month payments of $363.63 but that seems tedious and unnecessarily clogs up the products page. This would make this seamless and I could offer it in the app instead of having to do it on the backend every time.

Be able to rerun failed payments quicker than 3 days
I have only recently started using the payments feature and I was so disappointed today when I had 3 failed payments to see I have to wait another 3 days for them to rerun when each client messaged me instantly to ask me to rerun. It's inconvenient for both me and them - they have to ensure the funds stay available in their account for a further 3 days. I feel like there should be an instant feature for this and mark this as high priority on my list!

Upgrades For Plans
I have my clients on 3, 6, and 12 month plans at 1, 2 or 3 times per week. Sometimes, they decide they want to add days or increase the duration of their plan, but they don’t always want to add a whole new contract. They just want the remainder of their current agreement to be different.
For example - client has 2x/week, six month training contract with me and on month 4 decides they want to do 3x/week for the remaining two months. Instead of having to sell them a whole new product, do the math to determine how…

Allow trainers to add their own payment details to their trainer profile.
This would be a great option to have, especially for gyms. As a group of 5 gyms that have many personal trainers, not having this option make things quite hard. It would be great for clients to have the option to pay our trainers directly. We have had to find another alternative because trainerize doesn't currently have this available.
