What can we improve or add?

Apply Changes (From Now)

I'll use powerlifting programming as my example:

I programme progressions over 3-6 months ahead of time, which the progressions tab is great for. The downfall to this is that the rest of the programme has to remain exactly the same throughout this timescale.

I wish there was a way to be able to switch exercises, or change rep ranges and then "apply to all from now".
