ADD RESISTANCE BAND EXERCISES
I cant find any exercises that use hip circles (booty bands) and i would love to add them in for my clients.
We have shortlisted more resistance band exercises to shoot in the upcoming few months.
Do you have any specific requests of exercises that you are looking for?
Also, are you looking for superband (looped resistance bands) or resistance bands with handles?
Mini looped band - warm ups, exercises (anchored onto a stand & around both limbs) smaller muscle group exercises w/ band, cool down/recovery moves. For all directions not just lateral.

It's becoming the bible of glute workouts and would be great to have in Trainerize
You need ones that can be done from a door anchor. With handles / or flat bands. Your current library is not enough

Accidentally flagged this. I do need resistance band exercises. Mostly use those with handles. For women working out at home. Rows, lateral raises, hip abduction.
The app needs more variety on resistance band exercises

The band's need to have the option for the "weight" to read heavy, medium, light or even the color of the band as well.
More band exercises all around!! Booty band, Loop band, Resistance band with Handles🙏 Even Bender (or Playground Balls) and more female-centric Sliding Disk exercises would be great!! These are cheap, small at home tools my target market utilizes most!!
Bands with handles would be great. Rows, pull-downs, arm exercises and accommodating resistance
Continuous loop band exercises are great. I love to provide at home workouts with a door anchor so that my clients can mimic a cable machine and replicate virtually any exercise. Tricep push downs, cable row variations, pull downs, bicep curls, pallof presses, you name it.
Also, mini band exercises, like clam shells, lateral steps, Terminal Knee Extensions.
Then also, any hip thrust or glute bridge exercises for glute burnouts would be great. Banded pull throughs as well as no money drills and external rotations for the rotator cuff.

I use superbands for some home clients. Tricep pushdowns, overhead extensions, good mornings, front squats, leg extensions and leg curls (these are great!), chest fly.

Shoulder Internal/External Rotation
Pull Through, etc.
Superband and resistance banded exercises please! (no loop needed)
I’ve added over 300 exercises to the Burlingame Fitness platform and while it took time I’m now able to charge a higher price point while having my own specific movements and cues in the system.

This would be incredible to have added by the Trainerize team as many clients who workout at home use resistance bands of some sort and it would make the interface more professional by having Trainerize branded demonstration videos, rather than adhoc videos that we make along the way. Thanks!
