  1. Ability to build HR or cardio intervals for metcon

    I should be able to pick "running" or "rowing" and build out a HR interval workout by picking time and HR zone for that time.

    The app should prompt the client as the HR protocols changes.

  3. Folders For Master Programs

    Allow us to place our different Master Programs into folders, or at least allow us to tag them.

    For instance:

    Giving us the ability to create a folder such as General Physical Preparedness (GPP) and then store all our GPP programs in the folder for ease of us.

    GPP
    - Program 1
    - Program 2
    - etc...

    Or

    Weight loss
    - Program 1
    - Program 2
    - etc...

    This could also be done by allowing us to tag our master programs

  4. ADD RESISTANCE BAND EXERCISES

    I cant find any exercises that use hip circles (booty bands) and i would love to add them in for my clients.

    Hi all,

    We have shortlisted more resistance band exercises to shoot in the upcoming few months.

    Do you have any specific requests of exercises that you are looking for?

    Also, are you looking for superband (looped resistance bands) or resistance bands with handles?

  5. Allow for timed sets instead of only reps...ex squats for 1 min

    Sometimes i like to set a client to hit a specific number of reps and for some exercise i would love to be able to say 5 sets each lasting 1 min

  6. Being able to have timed exercises and repped exercises in the same workout

    Many times in my workouts I have both times exercises and repped. For example maybe I want to give them a cardio burst after their repped exercises in a mini circuit. Like rope jumping after bicep curls and triceps extensions, for example. I would like to time the rope jumping and count reps on the other.

  7. Allow clients to save workouts they tweak for future use.

    I had a client cancel because he couldn't save a workout that he had tweaked on the fly. He liked that he could substitute on the go, but he wanted to be able to access workouts that he himself had done/created. Would be good (especially for advanced clients) to have this capability

  8. Fitness Assessments

    I like that you guys have the FMS on the app. But I would like to see other types of assessments. For gen population I prefer the 1-mile walk test or 3 min step test to figure out a client’s cardiovascular level & vo2 max. Curl up, push ups for muscular endurance and sit and reach for flexibility to determine a client ability. these are just a few of the tests part of the 5 components which include: muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body fat composition.

    I noticed that you guys have the 7 and 3 sites…

  9. Timed supersets

    Timed Supersets would be great. for example
    4:00m timer
    Superset
    Goblet squat x10 reps
    Goblet lunge x10 reps


    This gives a HELLUVA different experience when programming and tracking workouts.

  10. Be able to keep more than 1 client tab open!

    I work 1 on 1, small groups in person not just online being able to get ready for the next in person and also creating would be way helpful!

  11. Have the ability to copy programs and workouts from archive clients to active clients

    It would be cool to have the ability to copy programs and workouts from archive clients to active clients without having to switch archive clients to active clients to do it

  13. Be able to program regular/circuit/interval styles in one workout

    When building a workout it would be useful to be able to use multiple formats- ie: regular and interval, rather than having to make them separately.

  14. Add hip thrust exercise and smith machine exercises

    Currently there is only a glute bridge option but no hip thrust exercises (eg. smith machine hip thrust)
    Also noticed there’s not a lot of Smith machine exercises in general or banded exercises.
    Also perhaps some partner exercises would be great as I often train 2 clients together (eg. partner Squats, sit up with medicine ball pass to each other).

  15. Clients should be able to set goals through app so trainers can customize around it

    Clients goals will change along the way, it’s great to set goals with a trainer but clients will change their minds along the way and should be able to set them, and trainers should customize programs along side with those goals personally set by clients themselves

  17. ALLOW CLIENTS TO SEE THEIR PRESCRIBED MACROS

    It would be great if our clients could see the macros that we've prescribed to them.

    This could be shown in their dashboard titled as "Calorie & Macronutrient Goals"

  18. Enroll a client into a Program without disrupting their Training Plan.

    I have clients with individual training plans, AND group programs.

    Rather than customizing a Program, is it possible to keep the Training Plan and Program separate, but still displayed on the client's calendar together?

  19. Workout Blocks that Can Be Saved as a Template for Future Use

    Just like we can save entire workouts, it would be a HUGE time saver to have workout blocks that can be used for the building of workouts.

    Workout block 1: Warm-up

    Workout block 2: Resistance Training i.e. 5x5 Strength

    Workout block 3: Prehab work 3x10

    Workout block 4: HIIT or Finisher

    All of these could be saved so that we can easily search and add to a workout, instead of always rebuilding everytime we want to make a workout.

    This is a big one.

  20. Titling Supersets

    I would love it if, within my workout, I can superset some workouts together and title it things such as: mobility, warm up, SAQ, HIIT or anything of the like.
