Custom Exercise Measurements/Types
Right now we have a few exercise types to choose from. Example:
- Strength: track REPS and WEIGHT
- Endurance: track REPSBut what about when we need to track something else to see progress? Example, pseudo planche pushup. This is an exercise that is progressed by leaning further and further forward to increase resistance. So I would want to track REPS and INCHES.
Some other examples:
- incline pushups: track hand height from the ground.
- incline rows: track hand height from the ground or body angle.
- step up squats: track height of step

Group Directory (of the specific group to which they are assigned) so clients can look up other members

Summary email links to connect you to a filtered dashboard
When you click on a link in the weekly summary email you should be taken through to the dashboard showing only the clients who are filtered according to the link you've clicked on e.g. 'Clients that require immediate attention'.
Currently you click on the link in the summary email and are taken through to your dashboard showing all clients (unfiltered) as usual.

Links you can send people to become clients (as opposed to adding them from the app)
It would be great if people could be send links directly to people for them to become clients without having to add them add from the app first

Reminder and Request message that asks the client to approve a payment before it goes through
My clients get frustrated because with automatic payments there's no notification that they're about to be billed and I'm not notified either. I have to keep a separate calendar on Google to make sure I'm aware of payments going through. Notifications on both sides (admin and client) and a request to confirm with the client that they want to authorize the transaction a few days before billing would be incredible.

Compliance Percentage Displayed On Client's Dash
A feature where every client can see their own compliance percentage at the top of their dash, with the ability for them to toggle between nutrition, workouts, habits, or all, via a drop down. Perhaps even with the ability to toggle between weekly, monthly, or all time compliance. Based on the program(s) they're currently running.

Auto-Email Upon Deactivation
I send a goodbye email to everyone when they cancel their products or when their accounts are deactivated. I would love to be able to have an option to automate this, similar to the one we have when the client signs up

Optimize search keywords for workout library
When I go to search for a specific exercise, majority of the time it does not even remotely pop up first, and I have to scroll to find it anyway. It’s frustrating and time consuming, especially as someone who just started and is still building up their programs on the app. Creating a new exercise from a YT video is basically faster in the long run, because at least you know it’ll pop up first in the future. A little SEO would go a long way.

Have client folders for consultation notes and fitness assessment results within their profile
I do a zoom call consultation for all new clients and end up writing down their info and storing it in google drive. I’d love a spot to write consultation notes, fitness assessment results and check-in notes in the app so client can read them. Like their own client folder.

Frequency for appointments and "repeating" schedules
Weekly or monthly are the only options for scheduling, it would be good to incorporate fortnightly scheduling for both appointments and in the calendar options for everything else (workouts, body stats, photos, auto-message)

Add "undos" for one exercise.
Please allow "undos" to be applied to a particular exercise instead of the whole day. When programming percentages, it is very annoying to refill EVERYTHING for that training day when only one exercise needs fixing.

THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO GO BACK AND RESCHEDULE THE CALENDAR WITH ANY EDITED WORKOUTS IS INSANE. PLEASE FIX THIS.

PRINT
We need to have an option for clients to print workouts that includes the REP SCHEMES DESIGNATED. The ability to print right now only gives the exercise then the number of sets, but no instructions from the reps or rest columns. They should be able to print something that has everything they need to do their workout (aside from videos obviously) because not everyone likes carrying their phone with them everywhere in the gym.

Ability to track wellbeing/Mental Health/Mood
It would be nice if there was some way of tracking a clients mood on a daily basis as exercise massively assists people mental health and state of mind it would be good for clients to be able to view their progress, not just physically but mentally too!!

Schedule a break/ time-off in a plan
It would be nice to have a option to add a break into a scheduled program for a client if they need time off for illness or injury without having to fully rebuild the plan. For example you have a 6 week plan set up and workouts scheduled but client gets sick and you need to delay the plan for 10 days on the 2nd week of the plan so they can recover and start back up on week 3 after their scheduled 10 day break. 30, 60, 90 Day challenge with accumulated countdown
If I have a 30 day squat challenge and I would like them to do 1000 squats a month, I would like the app to count down what's left of their challenge.
Example: I have a client doing a challenge and after the first day he did 50 squats. I would like the app to say "Good job you did 50 squats today! 950 squats left and 29 days to go!"

Present a fillable PARQ and esignature liability waiver during initial client app set up. Rather than sending them as email attachments.

Change time for Automated In-app Messages
Many of the automated in-app messages are set to send at 9am, which is okay for some, but not for others (such as 1st day of a training plan) when you have clients who may workout much earlier than this.
Currently not able to use this feature, and have to create individual auto-messages per client or program in order to send the "1st day" message earlier than 9am.
