Putting clients program on hold or freeze
Would be great to be able to freeze / hold clients accounts for when they need to. Sometimes they are ill or traveling so they won’t be able to do the workouts and don’t want to miss them.

Content Library
It would good if there would be a content library in the app. This would let us stand out as trainers and coaches. I mean with content library a drive similar like dropbox or google drive, where trainers/coaches can add educational resources like videos, courses, readings (articles etc.), tutorials, which can clients access by their own to watch and to read for educational purposes. We as trainers/coaches need to educate clients. It would be good too, to be able to create and to name many folders as we need, like fitness, nutrition where the content could be added. Create polls in groups
How about creating a poll in groups just like we do in Instagram and all the members can vote their opinion among the choices given. It would also be a great idea if can post the results on social media and attract more leads

Session Credits Report
Right now, 01/2022, it is nearly impossible to track and know where our clients stand on remaining sessions and historical appointment tracking.
We need a way to cleanly, easily, quickly ascertain past and future appts for a client and, maybe more importantly, how many sessions remain for a client.
This is a follow-up function that needs A LOT of enhancement! I have only been able to find one place for this, the client's profile on the web.
I really wish there was a new tab in the web platform added to the client overview that was for "Appointments" - maybe…

Ability to build/edit a workout directly on a single day (WOD)
Directly build and schedule a workout on a particular day. Being about to build specific WODs to keep things interesting for clients.

React to Client Hitting Daily Nutrition Goal
I'd like to be able to react to the notification I receive that a client hits their daily nutrition goal. Currently you can only react when they add a meal, but it would be far easier to "like" that they hit the goal for the day instead of "like" 6 meals that they've added!

Compliance Percentage Displayed On Client's Dash
A feature where every client can see their own compliance percentage at the top of their dash, with the ability for them to toggle between nutrition, workouts, habits, or all, via a drop down. Perhaps even with the ability to toggle between weekly, monthly, or all time compliance. Based on the program(s) they're currently running.

Myofascial release/ recovery/ stretching days
Allow there to be days for massage therapists or personal trainers to schedule or demonstrate foam rolling techniques or stretching routines, etc!

Allow free trial option with credit card
This is good to get new customers to sign up themselves. People would like to try before spending their money. A few days or one week free trial will be an awesome feature.

Ability to see average steps over a week
In the graphs you can view a clients steps but this is only visible for each day. I often action my clients with hitting an average for the week and want the ability to view this quickly.

Customize TEMPO, REST, and EXERCISE in Progression Spreadsheet
Being able to change tempo, rest time, and exercises themselves through the Progression Spreadsheet. It would be more efficient to progress through one workout rather than creating another similar workout in the Training Plan.
ex:
Wk1 - Goblet Squats - 3 sets, 10 reps - 60s rest - 4020 tempo

Allow clients to enter the color or weight of bands when tracking superband exercises
Clients that have banded exercises currently only have the option to track reps completed in banded exercises. Please add a box for them to note the band color, or band weight so they can still progress with banded work.

Easier Program Changing
When you update a program description and change, add or substitute exercises, you have to re-schedule the workout in the calendar and re-do the advanced progressions every time, otherwise the changes never show up.
Make it so that when you make a change to a program, it is automatically updated without rescheduling and without re-doing the entire advanced progression planner.
