Absolutely being able to create weekly check in forms to monitor progress would really streamline the process

Trainerize can simply just copy Kahunas forms and integrate it and it would be perfect.

I would love the ability to create a custom form or questionnaire to check in with my clients through the app. Other apps have this feature and it would eliminate the extra step of having to send through a different platform. Can you create this?

Other training softwares such as PT Distinction and MyPTHub have this feature which is incredibly user friendly, efficient and useful. Further, the ability to sign in the documents as well would be ideal.

Add an integrated form builder so as to eliminate the need for coaches to build initial consultation and check in forms via Google forms and then import into Trainerize.

A questionnaire that appears when a member signs into the app that asks club specific questions that the club can report on. Questions like, "who toured you" with a dropdown list of staff or "rate the cleanliness of your club". Customizable questions the club can create to poll members or collect data immediately after joining.

In typeform surveys, there is an option to embed your survey with an HTML code. i’ve used another app where you can embed typeform into the lesson playlist which would be a cool embed integration for messages or in the description of a video. a great way to gather feedback, make quizzes, etc.

I currently do weekly check-in forms to monitor biofeedback and journaling and reflection exercises with my clients separately, but I would love to have a feature to integrate them to Trainerize.

Ability to create and complete forms within the app such as Park etc…

This is an excellent idea and one I support. I currently use google forms but would be much easier if we could have the ability on the app as it keeps everything in one place.

Would be great to have the option to do more with the consultation form.

I know there is a closed ticket on the same topic and the answer given was 'You can do it in Zapier' but it doesn't seem that you can continue directly from the password setting page to a 3rd party form.

Would be great to be able to incorporate something like Google Forms and Typeform directly into the sign up process. If this is possible, some documentation on how to implement would be useful.

When a new client signs up to a package, instead of attaching the forms for the client, to have it all linked in for as soon as the start using the app. More time affective. Also having the forms linked to different packages.

Absolutely, 100% needed! I have clients complete a weekly check-in form to give me feedback on their week and progress. I'm doing so through an external form that I have to send out individually. Would love for this to be an in app option.

definitely one of the things that trainerize does not have which makes me question whether its the app I want to invest my money in.....
