This feature is CRUCIAL for running a well oiled, in-person, training business! 100 votes right here!! Admins have not commented since 1/20/21, are there any recent updates or ETA on this? Need this BADLY.

Looking forward to the completion of this section of the software! For now, does anyone have any other recommendations on tracking sessions left vs used?

I would like the ability to charge for a certain number of appointments - either as a primary service and add on. The challenge now is that I can charge for an appointment, but there is no way to track the appointments used against the number of appointments purchased.

If you’re transferring over from another software or starting new but have clients ..to keep tabs on sessions used against sessions left. To add without payment (previously paid) and then using sessions and them depleting as sessions are used automatically

When clients sign up for personal training with us, we have a sign in sheet generated for them that shows how many training sessions they purchased on any given package. 24, 44, 72. Etc. it would be neat to see every time a client has an appointment scheduled with us that they check in on the mobile app and we can audit how many sessions have completed and how many sessions they have remaining

My clients purchase packages based on the number of sessions they want to buy up front with discounts for larger packages since life happens and people need off for vacations, health stuff, etc and recurrent monthly billing just isn't always practical. This is a lot of manual work for me with tracking each used session and it leaves a lot of room for error since I have more than 10 clients. It would be AMAZING if we could have an option to bill by the number of sessions and Trainerize could track used sessions + autobill when all of the previously purchased sessions have been used.

Having a package tracker would be helpful on managing client payments and admin. For example I have a client that is a hybrid online program but meets me 8 times a month. There is no way that I can find, to keep track of remaining in person sessions. I would like it to count down. Similar to Mindbody or pt minder. Also a client sogn for session used digitally would be amazing and help prevent fraud on both ends.

Session tracker for Trainerize Pay.

This would be for appointments, calendar, payments.

Example - when a client buys sessions they show on their page total number sessions. Then when they show a completed calendar session it deducts from their total.

When a client buys a package, show how many sessions are left by being able to make scheduled sessions as completed.

For your appointments I would love to see packages with inventory of sessions example 1/24 sessions remaining, like a client profile, session history upcoming and past bookings.

Having an option where clients can purchase extra packages/PT sessions and can book themselves into the calendar.

Allow the calendar to be able to be set up where myself as the trainer sets available times and that is where clients can book themselves in.

Also extending to group classes. Where there could be a group class that me as the trainer could put on the calendar and all my clients can see it and can book into it. (this can be set up as free or paid)

I believe this will help automate a lot of business and help of a lot of Pt's who do both online and face to face coaching.

I would like the ability to add the number of sessions and price per session when adding sessions in Trainerize Pay. This would be helpful for
1.Allowing for session tracking for 'in person sessions.
2. Charge for additional sessions or virtual coaching sessions outside of the clients current package.
3. Prevention of session surplus when a client hasn't utilized all sessions within a certain billing period. (this would need the option to bill client after the last session in their previous package has been used)

Yes Please! That would make this software perfect! Would like sessions for in person and virtual training sessions.
