We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Add the possibility of embed a video inside a set

    Allow the client to have the possibility of add a video to the set, while at the same time allowing the client to record within the app, and that the client can keep listening to the music while recording

  2. Free trial without taking a client spot

    We should be able to sign people up for a free trial without it counting as a client spot. This limits the amount of people that can try it out for free, which ultimately affects us being able to potentially get more clients, which affects us potentially purchasing a higher package from Trainerize.

  3. Be more specific on calories for meal plans

    More specific calories on the meal plans, rather than rounding them up to the nearest 100. I tried to set a clients cals at 1670, meal plan shows for 1700. But all 3 days are 1740 - its too far out! Thanks!!

  5. Ability for two accounts to co-run a group challenge.

  6. Show the actual date within a Master Program, rather than Day 1, Day 2, and so on and so forth.

    It would be nice to see the actual days of the week vs day of program when building a calendar for group fitness.

  7. DO NOT ADJUST TARGETS TO MEAL PLAN

    The meal plan options are not specific enough to be adjusting the MAIN CLIENT CALORIE / MACRO goals to them. Please fix this immediately!
    Most people are using this as a general recipe guide / options not as a strict meal plan given the lack of flexibility with it.

  9. Push charges when payments don't go through

    If a clients card doesn’t go through you have to wait 3 days even when they tell you they fixed it. Like any other service the trainer should be able to push payment on a card on file. This is only form of income so to have to wait 3 days sometimes is too long.

  13. Client comments should also be deleted when a client account is deleted

    I've noticed that when a client account is deleted, the thread of their comments still remains in the Overview on the mobile App. When a client is deleted, ALL their data should no longer appear.

  14. Play YouTube Videos Automatically / Change the "Full Video" icon on embedded Youtube videos.

    The user experience has significantly declined since the latest update that lead to videos embedded from YouTube not automatically playing and needing to hit a less than easy to see "full video" icon to play.

    Please allow videos play automatically. If a client has clicked on the exercise, they want to see the video!

    At the least, please improve the play icon.

    It is very disappointing when basic and critical features get worse with updates.
