This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. When copying workouts within a client's existing programme, include scheduling when it copies

    When copying a workout from one phase to another in master programmes, please include the days the session is scheduled for when it's copied over so we don't have to manually schedule it all over again.

  2. expired program set to inactive

    A client can purchase custom programing. When they're finished, they often return to my monthly membership (master program). But they can still see their last month of custom workouts and could continue doing them without paying for them. I would like to be able to inactivate a program to hide it from the client but keep it in their training program fo me to see.

  3. A general search option for "Workout Library" Program

    On my app with the "workout library" I find it very difficult to find the workouts I want in this program. Can we add a general search bar to better find the workouts we want and make the app more user friendly.

  4. Allow custom edits to current existing exercises or meals

    Allow coaches to take the current existing meals/exercises and edit them with their own comments.

  5. Allow vertical videos

    Please allow for vertical videos. It shouldn't appear as a video 5x smaller - this functionality is super out dated and terrible for user experience. At the bare minimum please direct coaches to upload in horizontal format for best viewing experience.

  6. Make it easier for clients to access there previous sets, reps, and weights completed

    Add a history button next to each exercise within the clients program, so they can check what weight, reps and sets they have done in the past. This is good for clients to be able to check their progression quickly.

  7. When a client is adding an exercise to the created program, give them the option to save it to the program for the following week!

    Basically add an option to allow clients to save added exercises within the created workouts. My client added an exercise one session and was wanting it to be there the next week.

  9. More Filters/Search Options for "Workout Library" Program

    With the new feature of the "Workout Library" as a program. I find the filters very limiting for clients to find the ideal workout they want. Having a general search bar to search for workouts by name, muscle group, etc. Having filters to search by muscle group, style of workout ( regular, circuit, etc). As a client on my own app using this "Workout Library Program" I find it challenging to find the workouts I want. Also showing the workouts in a list view rather than a slide across, as you can't see the names, general workout desciption, before clicking…

  10. See previous program phases

    It would be super usefull to allow coaches to choose if their clients can see OR not their past program phases. We get a couple of complaints about that... they were use to this with our previous app and now they request we send them.

  12. Feature to allow class programs to display exercises on TVs

    Allow Trainers to develop class programs in app & have it cast to TVs in the studio. Exercises are then displayed on Tvs for class participants to follow. Similar to Cloud Fit.

  13. Clients' ability to increase number of sets in workout

    An important way of progressing is increasing the number of sets.
    e.g. a client does 8 rounds in an interval training and during the next session they progress by adding two rounds.
    Giving the client the ability to increase the maximum number of sets - if defined that way by the coach - would be great and simple!

  14. Variable Metrics to track progress

    Would be great to be able to use metrics as the height of a box (e.g. for a mobility exercise) or wattage numbers for interval training to track progress.
    Actually the ability to determine the metric, like seconds, weight, wattage etc. by yourself.

  15. Adding Exercise Execution Videos to the workout

    to track progress, we have to see clients' exercise execution in an organized way.

    simply getting those videos in a chat does not allow us to track and manage progress by keeping those information in an organized manner.
    they have to be added to a specific workout.
    also, we have to be messaged as a client adds a video so we can correct technique.

    Add a "Drag/Drop" the order within a day
    This "Drag/Drop" feature would work best from both the "Workout Template" page (if the client's calendar can be seen at the side) but also as a feature on the client's calendar page. Too many times I want to change around workouts to different days but the current method is very time consuming. Training Peaks has this feature and it's awesome!

  17. Notes In Workouts- That can be viewed when the same session is repeated

    Having a 'notes' box with each exercise just like how clients fill in the sets x reps

    Sets, Reps, Notes

    This would be SO convenient being able to leave notes eg colour of band, what machines were used etc so when clients come back to the workout they can read notes from previous sessions..

    It would be great if there were more functional type of movements and athlete training such as footwork, ladder drills, cone drills & various movement options outside of the standard gym exercises.

  19. Update the workout area

    Can you please update and make the work area more customisable?
    Id like to break down my workouts into different areas and separate things a bit more. Example

    Section to write my warm up
    Section to write main workout
    Section to write Cool down

    This way is better than having one long list of exercises or writing multiple workouts.

    So the main are that's there now maybe triple it or give us the option to add custom areas.

    Not everyone enjoys reps and sets and at times id like to do a workout for time, or as many rounds etc.…

  20. Exercise Alternative drop down for each exercise in a workout

    Add a "Alternative Exercise" dropdown option for EACH exercise in a given workout. When machines or devices are busy at a gym, it leaves our clients guessing what a good alternative option is, which removes the power of their coach to guide that before hand.
