Allow for timed sets instead of only reps...ex squats for 1 min
Sometimes i like to set a client to hit a specific number of reps and for some exercise i would love to be able to say 5 sets each lasting 1 min
I agree that it would be very useful to be able to have timed sets as well as regular rep sets within the same workout. Current if you select a "regular" workout from the workout builder, there are a few options such as Circuit and Superset, but it would be very helpful add an option for Interval here as well. I realize you can build an Interval workout, but it restricts the entire workout to interval training.

Can already do that

Would Like to be able to have the workout add the same timer like you would for intervals but be able to group exercises together for specific duration. The goal is AMRAP but it would make it easier to program. 5 x, 5 y, 5 z as many rounds as you can in 5 minutes. and then timer starts. then built in rest.

Simply add in the timing to the description of the workout, or choose circuit. You could also just type in "for time" or as many as possible, or AMRAp and then explain to your clients what that means.

Agreed - or an 'AMRAP' approach.
For example, I want my client to do 20 mins, as many rounds as possible of 10 squats, 10 ring rows and 10 push ups.
