An error occurred while saving the comment I was extremely disappointed to hear from the customer support team that this feature is still not available. I was under the impression that we could do this, since the stock videos have this feature. As a result, I have been paying my editor to make separate thumbnail videos. I found it misleading that the stock videos have this feature but we can't use it. It even cost us money because of that. I should have done my due diligence to see if I could do it on my own. However, it seemed apparent at the time that I could do this since the stock videos have that feature. A video thumbnail feature, or even in the meantime just being able to select what frame you want, would greatly enhance the clients experience with the app. I would love to see it added.
