    It's so so useful especially now that we're training with bands and random objects to specify "today I add 1 can to the squat / I used two bands together / I kept the legs straight during my table body rows".
    Super important to be able to see past exercises notes as you can see past PBs

    Indispensabile when you increase the intensity of the exercise without increasing the weight or when you have to quickly change an exercise for one that is not in yhe exercise library

  6. Options to add in giant sets, compound sets and drop sets. Currently only option on training program is to add super sets.
