We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Add Room/ Location to Class Details Page

    If you click on a class from the homepage, you can’t see which room or which facility (now that Inglewood is open) it is in. You have to go to view all classes in the “Find a Class” section and then click on the class from that page to find the room/location.

  2. Safety - turn off ability to see attendees profiles.

    The attendees should not be able to see other attendees in a class. Having the picture and profile name available is a safety concern to me.
    This informatiin should be left to the instructor only.

  3. provide filters for class/type

    Having to scroll through multiple pages of swim/lap lanes drives me insane! Create a filter so we can only see what we want to see.

  5. Refined class search

    Is love to be able to search for a particular class format. An option to search for a certain kind of class and see a list of just those across all locations.

    There is not a way to cancel a class that you accidentally signed up for or schedule changed and cannot attend (at least one day in advance) Also. Where in the AP can I see my scheduled classes?

  10. Look up schedule by instructor

    It’d be nice to have a way to look up class schedule across clubs for a specific instructor or class type. I really like one class with a specific instructor but work is getting in the way so I want to find it at a different time.

  13. Allow user to BOOK classes more than one week ahead. Currently only allows user to book classes one week ahead.

  14. Ability to cancel a class

    There is no option in the app to cancel a class. Given that a $15 fee is charged if you fail to cancel 1 hour prior or attend, wouldn’t it be nice to have a “cancel” button pop up?

  16. Open for Booking Notification

    Please reinstate the feature where we can request notification for when a class is open for booking. That was a really nice feature in the "old" app!

  18. Add a class description

    Wright a brief description of what the class is… I have no idea what burn, fit 45, restore, etc is so I get reluctant to sign up…

  20. Booked Class Location

    It would be awesome if we could see the location of a booked class. For members who use multiple locations, it would be nice to see where
