This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Allow clients to create custom recipes and track by serving

    Give clients the ability to create recipes, add number of servings per recipe, then track servings as meals for better accuracy.

    Personal recipes can be created the same way as a custom meal, but with all the ingredients for the whole recipe. Clients can then save to "favorites" or access in "recent" then have the option of making the meal a "recipe" with the option for adding number of servings.   3. Client Can Add Videos To The Workout

    On the "True Coach" platform they've a nice feature which helps to track client progress.

    During a workout, just like a client can fill in their reps and sets per exercise, it would be great if they can also have the option to upload a video.

    As a trainer, this is a lot more beneficial then just seeing the numbers. I can observe there technique and give them the appropriate feedback.

    Those videos are then tied to that workout and we can look back at it whenever needed.

  4. Automatically calculate WEEKLY average for bodyweight, steps, calories

    At the moment we can see a client's daily weigh-ins, steps, and calories throughout the week using the progress charts but there is no summary for what the average is for the week.

    Because each day is a little different and more importantly bodyweight fluctuates for several factors a client's, I believe stats must be summarized as a weekly average as is the case with other apps.

    That way we can compare weekly averages much quicker and make changes without manually calculating it while also educating clients on how to look at data in a more objective way

  8. creating a note next to an exercise in the training programme

    a client of mine asked how she can create a note next to an exercise in the training programme. so far i don't see such an option, only as general comments at the end of a workout.

  10. Ability to fully customize Nutrition

    Having the ability to custom macros, calories (ex. 1480 vs. 1400) and number of meals is so important to a good plan. Offering only 3 meals max for a certain number of calories is so limiting and makes it hard to teach clients how to spread their meals out throughout the day. I'm having to pay extra for another website to offer exactly what I need for my clients.   12. Assign Specific Habit in Challenges

    I noticed that you can't assign a specific habit for the challenges. Many of my clients may be working on another habit in addition to a challenge focused on a specific habit. It appears the way challenges is currently set up, it would count any daily habits completed, instead of the specific habit I want to tie to the challenge. If there is a way to do this that I'm missing let me know, but if not I think this should is something to add.

  13. Client Exercise Substitutions Carry to Subsequent Week's Workouts

    We have several clients working autonomously through programs that are pre-built. If a user substitutes a movement/exercise in a particular workout/training session, allowing them to select if they'd like to make the sub for all future corresponding progressions of that workout/session would benefit the Ux for both the client and the overseeing coaches who no longer need to go in and change it for them

    Just a thought!

  14. Be able to assess a full week of meals with nutrient information without having to view each day separately.

  15. The ability to add and customize meal names.

    I have many clients eating more than 4 meals a day and right now the only options are breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. Considering having them go back to MyFitnessPal because it seems much easier to navigate and has more options for customization.

  19. PLEASE ADD BILLING DATE CHANGES, AND MEMBERSHIP PAUSING

    Being able to pause/freeze a client's membership and change a billing date is one of the most fundamental features a CRM software should have! Not having these basic features as a single action is really making me want to switch software from Trainerize.

  20. Make the Macro split 100% customisable

    Ability to customise macro split to individual needs. i.e. 45% protein, 20% carbs, 35% fat.
    Also have the ability to customise meals, i.e. I get my clients to avoid carbs for breakfast if they train in the evenings or increase carbs post workout rather than having a even split of carbs throughout all meals
