Request for Multi-Language Support in Trainerize
Hi team,
I’d like to suggest adding multi-language support to Trainerize, including the most common European languages, such as Dutch, Spanish, German, French, and Italian. While Trainerize is an excellent platform, I’ve noticed that some of my potential clients face challenges using the app because it’s only available in English. This is especially true for older clients or those who feel more comfortable in their native language, and it often leads to losing clients during the onboarding process.

Show name of cardio activity when syncing from Garmin into Trainerize
Cardio activities synced over from Garmin show up in Trainerize as "general." It would be nice if they were labelled with the actual name of the activity, such as "running," or "cycling."

Is it possible to add voice notes to clients meal plans and workout plans, that would be great.
The idea is to add short voice notes alongside clients’ meal plans and workout plans inside Trainerize, so they receive spoken guidance, not just written instructions.
Instead of clients only reading numbers, exercises, and calories, they can press play and hear coaching — similar to having you next to them.

A funnel for client onboarding
To have everything in one place is ideal for the online coach. With onboarding I sent my clients a welcome packet with expectations, educational PDF's to help on their journey, and a checklist of things to complete prior to account creation. when adding a new client it would be super beneficial to be able to have them have access to welcome packets, PDF's and to overall create an onboarding funnel/flow all in one space

Give certain role ability to talk as you
Instead of clients seeing that a message is coming from a "VA" make it possible so that the admin, manager, shared trainer can speak to client directly as "you." This prevents the dilution of quality especially if client is really only looking for value by working with someone directly.

Give ability for admins, managers or trainers to see conversations with all clients
Some clients who onboard with us want to work with the trainer/content creator/person in particular. Hiring a VA to help with tasks can become much easier if theyre able to see all conversations with clients.

Trainer should be able to use the app features just like clients
Trainers should be able to use all the app's features just like a client. I would like to track my workouts and my food without having to log out as a trainer and log back in as a client. It would help us tremendously, when working with our clients, to know, from personal use, how to use everything. I don't think this would be hard to incorporate. Please add this.
