GIFs for Messages!
What’s App, Telegram, etc. all provide access to GIFs which can be a great and fun way to show excitement and encouragement for clients (for example, when they share a “win” of some kind with their coach).
Right now coaches are stuck with static emojis, making me discern the possibility of switching my clients to Telegram where I can not only communicate in much more fun ways, but it’s also FREE!

Longer video messages
current you can only send 1 min long videos over message. I would like the ability to send longer video over messages. I would like this increased to 5 min(or longer) as I often send my clients video messages!

Better Quick Emoji Options in the Chat! ❤️👍💪🏆 👏 🎉😃
The current 6 emoji options that can be quickly accessed in the bottom right corner of the chat box are very lacking. For instance, I’ve NEVER used the “thumbs down” emoji, nor have I used the “waving hi” emoji – both are basically pointless and take the place of emojis that coaches are much more likely to use, like the “arm flexing” and/or “trophy” emoji or even just a simple “smiling” emoji (not a face that’s sticking its tongue out at a client…).

reply to a specific message while chatting with clients
while connecting with clients. most of the times the clients send more than 1 messages to which we have to reply seperately. so to avoid any inconvenience please initiate a feature of replying to a specific message

Auto messages in Mobile App
I would like to be able to review outgoing or sent auto messages on the mobile app without accessing the desktop version, and without having to go through the calendar or the dash.

Ability to turn off voice messages for clients in DMs
I want to be able to turn on or off ability for individual or all clients to send voice messages in direct message (DMs). Right now both me and my client can send each other voice messages in DMs, and I dont want them to be able to send me voice message back as it slows me down.

Send mass messages without having to click on every single client
Having to click on every single client to send a mass massage is time consuming. Should be able to click a "Send to all clients" Button or something like that

Pin Messages & Reply Directly to Message to Create Threads
To have the ability to pin messages in group chats.
To have the ability to reply directly to a message in a group chat creating a thread.This would allow you go do Q&As within a group chat which could take the coaching aspect to the next level. We dont want to have to use another platform like telegram for this.

Ability to create and customize our own auto-messages
I can see this idea is already listed but throwing mine out there too in the hopes that this feature gets added. I have to manually add automessages to my clients program (I save them in a word doc and cut and paste them in). I'm nearing 200 clients so having to do this every time I set up a program is crazy and takes valuable time. This would improve onboarding, client satisfaction and retention and free up the coach's time for building more business.
It only makes sense to Trainerize and to everyone.

Show 'Recent Activities' on right when in 'Messenger'
Allow trainers to be able to see the 'Recent Activities' feed (unique to each client; as shown on client dashboard) while in the desktop messenger for each client. This would minimize clicking between pages while messaging/checking in with clients on the desktop messenger.

Allow edits to client workout notes that have already been sent
If you create a typo in a comment from a client’s workout, it would be great if you could edit those comments before the client sees instead of never being able to edit the comment.

Fix how links display in the chat. Why do links to example loom or typeform, display as an ad?
When I post a link in the chat, for example, a loom, typeform, etc, it pops up as a big ad.
Pleases fix this to display the way these links display in text, social media dms etc.
It's frustrating that I need to send these links to their email rather than in the chat so it displays betters.1 vote -
A photo folder in the messages chat
It would be awesome if like "messenger" there is a way to see all photos a client posts in the chat in a little folder. My clients use photos/videos in chat a lot and it would be awesome to not have to scroll through the messages to find them all the time. I often move my clients onto WhatsAPP for photos and video management, but I would love to be able to do all this in the app. I also get stuck with the 60 sec max video sharing, as I often do coaching vids that are longer than 60…

Message "Office Hours"
I would like the ability to schedule "office hours" different from the current vacation message ability.
When being messaged before or after my "in-office hours" I would like the ability to schedule a message stating that these are outside of my office hours and that their message will be answered when I return.
