Hi Trainerize team,
I’m the owner of an online coaching company with multiple coaches on my team, and this year I’ve run into a recurring issue that’s significantly affecting our client experience and quality control.
Right now, account owners cannot see the messages exchanged between individual coaches and their clients. As our team has grown, this has created a few challenges:
-I cannot monitor response times from my coaches
-I cannot review the quality, tone or accuracy of the support they’re providing

Is there a way to automate follow-ups for inactive clients?
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a way to automatically follow up with clients who haven’t logged a workout or messaged me in a certain number of days. Right now I’m manually checking and messaging them, but it’s getting hard to scale as my client list grows.
Ideally, I’d like to:
Set a rule like “if client inactive for 5+ days, send message/reminder”
Customize the message to feel personal (like using their name)
Possibly even trigger a re-engagement workout or short check-in form
Has anyone figured out a good workflow for this using Trainerize? Or is this something that could be…

More detailed reports and/or filters to support larger teams
The software could make significant improvements to help business owners manage their team more effectively - i.e. improving the number of reports we can pull and filters we can use for sales, referrals, compliance of clients on a specific coaches' roster, messages a coach sends, response time reports, retention rates, etc. There are so many things I would love to have data on to track KPIs for my team, but would have to calculate manually.

Assign clients to multiple trainers without giving trainers access to ALL clients
'Shared trainer' functioning as is poses confidentiality/HIPAA risks. We need to be able to assign multiple trainers/specialists to a client to collaborate on a single client without having access to ALL clients.

Connect alternative calendar apps...
It would be great if there was more app integrations for the coach. Like alternative calendar apps to help manage bookings for 1:1 appointments. I don't use google calendar, so if alternative calendar apps could be an option that would be really helpful rather than just one calendar option.

Track and report appointments and classes by coach
It would be great from a business perspective to be able to track and report appointments and classes by coach on an interval of weeks or months (i.e Coach John serviced 50 appointments and 10 classes in the month of November)

Ability to schedule-send custom messages in groups, and/or ability to send recurring automated messages to all trainers per location.

When onboarding new trainers, allow for multi-select add to groups
Currently, when bringing on new team members, we have to manually go to each individual group to add them to their respective groups. Giving an option to select which groups to auto-add them to upon onboarding would be very helpful.

I believe it would be helpful if there was an additional scheduling option that could allow a trainer to schedule non training hours
I would like to schedule in my work hours on my calendar that are non training times for programming or work at the gym and have it visible from the same platform I'm viewing my booked sessions

Allow owners to "park" trainers that leave their team.
Once a trainer leaves, owners should be able to park them, removing their access, but allowing the clients to still have access to their conversation history, so they don't lose information.

Custom reporting for business owners
In order to fully manage team as a business owner, custom reporting to view trainer metrics (sales, hours, product upsells, client engagemnt, etc) would make Trainerize more useful.

Eliminate access to client contact info for regular trainers
Having client contact information available to other trainers can pose a risk; especially in this industry. Examples are email, and phone number. The only real measure against this is eliminating access to exporting the client lists, but if done manually, this can still be done.
It's not necessary if the trainer/ client can communicate through the app already.
