This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. I believe it would be helpful if there was an additional scheduling option that could allow a trainer to schedule non training hours

    I would like to schedule in my work hours on my calendar that are non training times for programming or work at the gym and have it visible from the same platform I'm viewing my booked sessions

  3. Allow owners to "park" trainers that leave their team.

    Once a trainer leaves, owners should be able to park them, removing their access, but allowing the clients to still have access to their conversation history, so they don't lose information.

  4. Ability to change the roles beyond "trainer" ie nutritionist, physical therapist, health coach - we offer all these services

    We have personal trainers, nutritionists, orthopedic specialists, and health coaches that collaborate on the platform and message clients, but the only role available to show is "trainer" which can be confusing for our clients. It would be amazing if a new client could see the role of each of our staff to avoid confusion. From the client's perspective, they don't know if they are messaging their trainer, or health coach, or nutritionists - and they have different questions for each role

  5. Custom reporting for business owners

    In order to fully manage team as a business owner, custom reporting to view trainer metrics (sales, hours, product upsells, client engagemnt, etc) would make Trainerize more useful.

  6. More Permissions Variety for Trainers

    Having more options for your trainers. Being able to have trainers share clients, sell products, and modify shared programs is not possible unless they have back-office capabilities. More variety in permissions for trainers on all levels would be ideal.

  7. Better Reporting on Coaches' clients compliance and app activity

    Having months of data instead of only a week or two have data on client compliance, nutrition compliance, coach/client communication for each coach to help managers measure coaching performance with their clients activity

    Just like the desktop version, would be nice to see when trainers are busy with their clients.

  10. PLEASE add the option for managers to have access to upload videos in the shared workout folder.

    Trainers do not need to have access to every part of my business. I need my trainers to have the ability to upload a workout video.

  15. Being able to see all trainer's schedules at a location

    It would be great to be able to see all the trainer's at a location's schedules on the app. We run everything from the mobile app and not being able to see everyone's schedule is a bummer. Especially if one trainer calls out or we have multiple coaches covering the same hour.

  16. Analytics

    Ability to run reports on sessions delivered, trial sessions, classes delivered, revenue generated, pay roll etc.

    There is no way a business can run with multiple trainers without this kind of detailed information.

  17. Be able to pay your team members in the app.

    Wouldn't it be nice if you could pay your team members right in the app instead of taking it to a different software or cutting checks each month. Would this even be possible or to say pay your team members a percentage of the money that comes in for their clients?

  18. Ability to access team members conversations with clients

    I'm sure there are some legality concerns with this, but one thing we want to do is do a monthly quality check with our coaches to ensure they're communicating with clients according to our coaching policy.

    As of now, it seems the only way to do this would be to log into their actual trainer account, which isn't ideal.

    I'm hoping there could be some workaround for this, as we want to ensure we give our clients the best quality possible.

  20. Ability to pay out trainers based on how many clients are assigned to them for the month

    Right now it is a bit complicated to manage payroll. It would be great if Trainerize can pay out to the trainers depending how many clients they have that month
