Clear Workout Structure with Expandable Sections
Clear Workout Structure with Expandable Sections
It would be a great improvement to have clearly labelled tabs or sections for parts of the workout — such as:
• Warm-up
• Pre-fatigue
• Main Exercise/Focus
• Strength
• Conditioning
• Circuits
• CooldownHow it could work:
• Each section would be clearly named so clients immediately know what they’re looking at.
• Sections could be collapsible (stackable), meaning once a client finishes a part, they can minimise it.
• When a client first opens their workout, they would only see the key sections — helping the workout feel clear, focused,…188 votes -
Being able to view the history of an exercise for each client when programming
It would be ideal to be able to see how a client has performed in the past for each exercise (if they have already done an exercise). It is possible to see the history of an exercise when the program is being performed but not when it is being built. Having this function would allow coaches to program faster, with more accuracy and client would have better results.

Adding RPE and Tempo. As well as adding an exercise for client to easily swap if needed.
Adding features like RPE and Tempo and being able to add an alternate exercise for your client to easily swap instead of searching through the entire exercise library. Also, being able to edit a clients program independently when added to a master program instead of having to add the workouts individually in order to edit.
For example I have a few ladies on a program but one of them has limitations and I’d like to give her options to swap a movement herself or be able to slightly edit hers program myself to fit her capabilities.

PR Boards for the clients (Personal Bests all listed together)
I feel the current "Personal Bests (aka PR) to Beat" runner for exercises needs to be updated. It currently showing
- Max weight ever
- Max volume ever
- Est 1 rep max (love this, I think it's the ultimate PR)
- Best 1, 5, 7, 10 rep PR's
- Then history
All limited into a runner showing 1 thing at a time. The upgrade that I feel will be better would be:
- Expand the runner into a PR Board
- With "best ever" for every rep number. (ex: 2x295, 3x285, 5x260, 8x230, 15x185, etc). The top ever for…17 votes -
Substitute Exercises
It would be amazing to have a small drop down menu below every exercise where I can put what exercises a client should sub with if needed, little space for 1-3 options. Easy scroll and choose and it automatically switches into the workout. Clients searching on their own substitute exercises is a pain.

Client Can Add Videos To The Workout
On the "True Coach" platform they've a nice feature which helps to track client progress.
During a workout, just like a client can fill in their reps and sets per exercise, it would be great if they can also have the option to upload a video.
As a trainer, this is a lot more beneficial then just seeing the numbers. I can observe there technique and give them the appropriate feedback.
Those videos are then tied to that workout and we can look back at it whenever needed.

Favourites Section for Client Exercises
I’d like to suggest a feature that could help both coaches and clients when it comes to navigating the extensive exercise library: a “Favourites” section for exercises on the client side.
Problem:
With so many similar exercise variations in the library (e.g. “Walking Lunges” vs. “Dumbbell Walking Lunges”), clients often click on the wrong version when completing workouts. As a result, their tracked weights from previous sessions don’t carry over, which interrupts the flow of their training and makes progressive overload harder to manage.Suggestion:
Adding a “Favourites” or “Saved Exercises” section would allow clients to easily find and use…21 votes -
Movement Substitutions Auto-Populate in Upcoming Workouts.
I would love to see an option where substituting a movement in the training program or within an actual workout when training a client on my app live with a client can automatically fill in that movement in ALL of the upcoming scheduled workouts under the same name.
Example: Workout 1, scheduled to be repeated on Mondays for 8 weeks.
Superset 1:
1a) Goblet Squat
1b) Pull-upSuperset 2:
2a) Dumbbell Bench Press
2b) Barbell Romanian DeadliftI learn in the first session that a dumbbell row would be a much better option for this client than the pull-up, so…

Is the Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification Exam Worth It?
Many CRM professionals consider the Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant credential when they want to move beyond administration into solution design and consulting roles. This certification focuses on understanding sales processes, translating business needs into Salesforce configurations, and improving pipeline visibility and productivity for sales teams.
From a practical perspective, the Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification exam evaluates how well you can handle real consulting scenarios such as lead conversion models, opportunity management, and forecasting strategies. Forum members often recommend structured preparation, and PrepBolt is frequently mentioned as an effective platform for organizing study around realistic consulting use cases.

Choose order of events on client's calendar
It would be nice to be able to choose the order of events happening on a client's calendar, for example, if I want them to see habits first, or cardio before workouts, etc.

AI PROGRAM WRITING
"Ask AI" search bar on program writing tab
Type in what you'd like it to do when generating a new phase and the exercise selectionsExample: Create a 2 x 8 week phase program, with each phase having 4 programs (2 x upper & 2 x lower). Refrence the progress tab to ensure you don't use any exercises the client has used in the past 12 months. Use 4-8 rep ranges for compound movements, and 8-12 for isolations.
The AI then creates the phase, and programs inside, for you to tweak. Savings HOURS of time

Copy & Paste Workouts
How are we almost in 2026 and there's still no ability to copy and paste workouts on a clients calendar? Not too mention if I create a workout for the day on a clients calendar I have no ability to save it, copy it, or anything other than set up rigid recurring for it. I've been using this app for over 3 years now and while all the features are great - the lack of this feature is a huge disappointment still.

RPE is a score given to each set, not the overall workout.
The whole point of RPE is that it allows you to progress your workout. Giving RPE to entire workout is uselss.

Add subcategories within a workout program
add a text title to each superset or series category. for example superset 1: "Warmup" superset 2: "strength series 1" ( this would be followed by the video exercises, reps and sets.) superset 3: "Conditioning" Bridge has this feature and it makes the progression of the workout very clear.

Improved Web Client View (Match App Functionality)
Please expand the web version for clients to match the app view. Right now, clients can’t see their previous weights, reps, or notes when completing workouts on the web.
Many older clients prefer laptops because the mobile app is too small and busy. A full web view — showing past performance and allowing easier data entry — would make training much more accessible.
This would also help coaches working with clients in person, since entering data on a laptop is much easier than on a phone while monitoring form.

Merge Exercises in Exercise Library
We have some exercises input twice and then clients may use 2 different inputs for exercises. (Ex: "ez bar overhead tricep extension" and "overhead tricep extension (EZ Bar)" ).
This causes the clients to have 2 separate exercise/weight histories.
Would love a feature to "merge exercises" so you can consolidate 2 different exercise histories of weights into 1 and put 1 video as the technique video.
This would:
- Merge histories for personal bests
- Replace/merge both exercises in the Master Workouts and Plans to be the Merged ExerciseThis has occurred for me and my team after 7 years…

Workout Tracking Limitations & Exercise Alternatives Question
Good morning,
I’m currently setting up my coaching business on the platform and I’m really enjoying the ecosystem so far. However, while building workouts and programs, I noticed some limitations in the workout tracking features that I’d love to get clarification on.
At the moment, the exercise setup feels quite limited in terms of tracking options. For example:
There doesn’t seem to be native support for RIR, RPE, or similar intensity metrics.
It’s not possible to assign different reps/targets per set (e.g., Set 1: 10 reps, Set 2: 8 reps).
The current tracking feels quite basic compared to how most…

Help shape what we build next for the AI Workout Builder 🤖💪
We’re actively working on improving the AI Workout Builder—and we want your input.
What should we build next?
This is the place to suggest, discuss, and vote on new AI features you’d love to see. Your feedback directly helps us prioritize what comes next.
Some examples of ideas we’re exploring (just to spark inspiration):
- Multiple workouts in a single chat (generate variations or a series without starting over)
- Creating full programs with AI, not just individual workouts
- Conversation history, so you can revisit, tweak, or continue past AI sessions
Have a different idea? Even better.
