Allow us to select if sessions were completed or not in the calendar
It would be great it we were able to click on the event in the calendar and select whether the appointment was completed or not, then that info was sent a report we could run to see how many sessions coaches are completing and also if clients have make up sessions.

Show clients name first, instead of appointment type.
Set the clients name as the start of the preview
At the moment each appointment description begins with the appt. type and I have to hover over the appointment to see the clients name. This means that when the appointments are integrated into an external calendar (google calendar for me) all I see is "45min PT session" so would be nice to see the clients name first.35 votes -

Appointment History Tracker
It would be very useful to be able to track client appointment history to keep a track of how many sessions they've had and when. This includes the ability to log sessions as late cancellations, late attendance, no-shows and attended. Currently, I have to track this manually, so in order to make Trainerize a more comprehensive system, this is essential.

Show trainer availability and vacation on schedule, especially on week view so owners and managers can schedule appointment..
Often times owners or managers are trying to schedule trainer's appointments, but are unavailable during certain times of the day, especially in the future. It would be great if it were integrated in the scheduling screen. Would also be great if adding vacation or unavailable times in the schedule screen rather than having to take many extra steps to enter through many different screens.

Flexible Session Credits
Session credits can book into multiple classes. No longer limited to one event type, you can select multiple, or even all event types to have your session credits apply towards.

Being able to embed the calendar and scheduling into your website (wordpress)
Some like to use the app, some use ones site. Would be great to be able to embed the calendar module into ones website so it is the same calendar used for bookings.

Allow scheduling of consults without selecting an member
When we have a consult to sell a new client. We should have the option to schedule that appointment as a consult without selecting a client since they aren't a client yet.
We should also have the ability to schedule team/coach meetings as well as time slots that are unavailable.5 votes -
allow memberships to access all classes with credits instead of requiring a set credit limit for each style of class
When you create a product (ie: 10 class membership that renews every month) you shouldn't have to set a limit on credits for each session style (ie: we host 4 classes and I want members to be able to attend whichever variety they want to make use of their 10 classes)

Make it easier for clients to see appointment availability! Please :)
Right now when clients are looking for availability they see a calendar and have to click on each day hoping they pick a day that has availability.
Highlighting days that have slots available on the calendar view would be really helpful!

report of all clients and their attendance at "Booked" in person classes
I would like to be able to get a report of all clients and the amount of in person classes they attended for the month.

Disable the feature that allows members to view how many are registered for a class.
Allowing members to view how many others are in class only discourages usage. They hesitate to book if they feel the class is too full. They hesitate to book if the class size isn't large enough. This "feature" was clearly the idea of someone who's never spent a day working in the business of fitness.

Allow trainers to create an appointment in the calendar without assigning it to a client
I have a few clients over 75 who are…app-resistant…and I am unable to add their sessions to my trainerize calendar. Since their sessions do not always fall on the same time each week/month, I cannot just block the time out in general availability, so this keeps me from being able to open up self-booking for my clients. I imagine a feature like this would also help trainers block off time in their calendars for one-off things -like doctor’s appointments for example- that cannot be included easily in availability calendars, but still make a trainer unavailble for client self-booking.

Been playing with the new class booking feature and it's great - however there definitely needs to be a way to hide names of others in class
Getting ready to move all of our semi-private training and classes into the app from acuity and as I'm stress testing it I realized it shows the names of other people in the class on the client view. It does hide last name but I can still see this causing an issue - any easy way to change this quickly

More flexibility with group classes
- Allow coach option to turn off self booking
- Allow coach to program different class lengths
- Allow coach to choose a maximum number of participants (beyond current choices 2, 10 and 50)
- Allow coach to hide group sessions from non participants

classes session count and register
Id like the ability to tick members off when they turn up to the class. currently you can see who is coming to the class but it would be a good idea to put a check box to clients name and when they turn up instructors can mark them off.
this will be good because clients love session count.
They want to know how many sessions they done in a month or over a year as this keep them motivated. and you can add a milestone badge for like 25, 50, 100 sessions attended

Text reminders to clients for upcoming sessions
To reduce the risk of clients missing sessions, it would be great to automate session reminders to clients when they have upcoming sessions via text message (Trainerize notifications don't always come through due to Apple/Android notification settings sometimes silencing them, but texts are more reliable).

A class needs to be able to be marked as completed
A class (virtual or in person) needs to be able to be marked as completed and it count towards an exercise session. A client shouldn't need to create a WOD to get "credit" for their session.
