Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Please restore the ability to show names of those signed up

    Please restore the ability to see Only First names of other users signed up for a session. This helps with session planning and coordination. For those concerned with privacy and showing the names, give an option to individual users to not show their names when they sign up for a Session.

    The feature to view user names should not be taken away completely, a recent app upgrade on 5/7/2025 has removed the ability to see who else is signed up for the session.

    Please restore it with an option to Turn it off for specific users who do not want…

  2. Flexible Session Start Times & Overlaps for Client Scheduling within Fixed Events

    I’d love more flexibility when scheduling events. Right now, once I create an Event for a session—whether one-on-one or a group class—the time is fixed, and I can’t accommodate clients who need to start 10–15 minutes earlier or later without shortening their session or disrupting the schedule. For example, if some clients want to start at 5:45am and others at 6:00am, I can’t reflect this in the schedule. Allowing overlapping sessions while keeping each client’s full session intact would make scheduling more accurate, reduce confusion, and prevent losing clients due to timing conflicts.

    Session Tracking Enhancements to Improve Trainer & Client Experience

    1. Problem

    As a trainer managing high volumes of recurring sessions, I’ve noticed a key inefficiency: there’s no centralized view within a client’s profile to track their session history—what’s scheduled, what’s been used, and what remains.

    Currently, I must:

    • Manually sift through the calendar week-by-week to count sessions
    • Deduct from the session credit count without any way to confirm attendance (e.g., check-in or cancellation status)
    • Address client questions about remaining sessions without immediate or confident answers

  6. Add Check-in Status (On time, Late, No-show)

    Would it be possible to add a simple new feature to streamline the check-in process for our in-person clients?

    A one-click button or toggle to update a client's status as "On Time," "Late," or "No-Show" would be incredibly helpful to highlight their accountability.

    The main benefits would be:

    Gain Instant Client Insight: When we pull up a client's calendar, we could immediately see their punctuality history. This would help us understand their patterns, manage expectations, and hold clients accountable for their appointments.

    Currently, potential clients must go through several steps (email, invitation, registration, app download, login) before they can see even a basic demo of the app. This creates a lot of friction and reduces conversions.

    Request:

    Please consider adding a Direct Trial Access Link — a temporary link (24 hours or 3 days) that allows new prospects to preview a limited version of the app without creating an account or using a client seat.

    For trainers with small group classes, notify the trainer when a client signs up and or cancels their spot in the class. This will keep us from having to check so frequently if a client signed up or decides to change their class time or day.

  13. Lead prospecting - Add multiple users in a single time slot (E.g. for in-person group class free trials)

    Lead prospecting is great - it allows users to book a session WITHOUT first downloading the app. However there is a problem for group fitness studios I.e. only one prospect may book per time slot. For my studio, I would like multiple users to be able to book free trials at the same time (e.g 6.15am) without needing to download the app first (kills free trial conversion)

  14. Double Book Different Appointment Type

    Clients need to be able to book to come in to the training room for self-service options like cardio or mobility work assigned to them while I work with other clients. The time slots only allow one type of appointment at the moment so I can't see what the needs of the people coming in are if they book under the only type available.

  16. Checkin Clients to Classes and weekly reports on attendance

    Allow us to check clients in and if they no show send them an automated message. At the end of the week create a report to see which clients didnt show up for all their workouts that their plan is (2x or 3x a week) so we can reach out to them.

    Make second option for time. Instead ogam and pm, it would be great if there is 24h format. In our country/continent (europa) is this main and only format. Its confusing for clients when they apply for group classes

  20. Message All Clients Booked in Group/Class

    The trainer assigned to a Group/Class session should be able to message all clients booked for a session in a group message from the Calendar instead of trying to do the same from the Messages in another browser tab adding one client at a time - very time consuming and inaccurate.
