Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Please restore the ability to show names of those signed up

    Please restore the ability to see Only First names of other users signed up for a session. This helps with session planning and coordination. For those concerned with privacy and showing the names, give an option to individual users to not show their names when they sign up for a Session.

    The feature to view user names should not be taken away completely, a recent app upgrade on 5/7/2025 has removed the ability to see who else is signed up for the session.

  2. Flexible Session Start Times & Overlaps for Client Scheduling within Fixed Events

    I’d love more flexibility when scheduling events. Right now, once I create an Event for a session—whether one-on-one or a group class—the time is fixed, and I can’t accommodate clients who need to start 10–15 minutes earlier or later without shortening their session or disrupting the schedule. For example, if some clients want to start at 5:45am and others at 6:00am, I can’t reflect this in the schedule. Allowing overlapping sessions while keeping each client’s full session intact would make scheduling more accurate, reduce confusion, and prevent losing clients due to timing conflicts.

    1. Problem

    As a trainer managing high volumes of recurring sessions, I’ve noticed a key inefficiency: there’s no centralized view within a client’s profile to track their session history—what’s scheduled, what’s been used, and what remains.

    Currently, I must:

    • Manually sift through the calendar week-by-week to count sessions
    • Deduct from the session credit count without any way to confirm attendance (e.g., check-in or cancellation status)
    • Address client questions about remaining sessions without immediate or confident answers

  6. make partner appointments available to self book and remove them from the "class" visibility

    i typically train two or three clients at once. Currently only one of them can book the appointment and then must notify the others. Consequently, only one is charged a "session" for the appointment. This appointment also only appears on the booking client's calendar, not on the others, making them less likely to use the app at all.

    If I book these appointments manually, they show up on ALL client's dashboards if I've elected to have classes visible (which I have for the class I teach), and it looks as if anyone can book one of these partner appointments.

  7. Add Check-in Status (On time, Late, No-show)

    Would it be possible to add a simple new feature to streamline the check-in process for our in-person clients?

    A one-click button or toggle to update a client's status as "On Time," "Late," or "No-Show" would be incredibly helpful to highlight their accountability.

  15. It would be great if within a product you could set up a group class and the participanta added to that programme were then auto enrolled in

    When you create a product for a trial it's great, I have created a 10 day product and I wanted to run live virtual sessions on day 1, 4 8 and 10, however in the product as it stands i have to manually add people to the class in the programme when they come into the trial rather than them being automatically enrolled via the product. If they were automatically enrolled via the product I would be able to run the challenge continuously with the challenge starting every Monday as opposed to a fixed date which limits me to how…

    The group chat tool that is included in Trainerize is not only entirely out of date but also nearly childish in its use of emojis, particularly in a world where the future is leading us towards things like Skool, Circle, etc., and where communities are everything. It does not feel like a quality product; rather, it feels like something really simple. I absolutely adore Trainerize. I have the Studio version, and it is fantastic.
