Simpler Exercise Progressions
Suggested Improvement: Simpler Exercise Progressions
Currently, coaches need to schedule workouts into the calendar before they can add progressions to exercises. This adds extra steps and time when building training plans.
A simpler approach would be to allow progressions to be added directly to each exercise within the workout template itself.
For example:
Session 1
- Squat: 2 x 5 reps
The coach could then add a progression rule such as:
Next time Session 1 is performed
- Squat: 3 x 5 reps with this Tempo Or:
Week 1: 2 x 5 reps
Week 2: 3 x 5 reps
Week 3: 3…

Discord Accounts – Where to Find Them
Working on Discord is often complicated not by the platform’s features themselves, but by the constant verification processes required for new accounts. When you have multiple tasks - such as managing servers, running tests, or assigning roles - this quickly disrupts the workflow and wastes time on verification instead of actual work.
At Discord Zone, accounts are created in-house and verified before being issued. The buyer gains access to their email, and the account details are sent automatically after payment. There are various options to suit different tasks and budgets, including more stable profiles. This is when interest in requests…1 vote -
Dehradun Bite
Dehradun, nestled comfortably in the sweeping embrace of the Doon Valley with the Himalayas rising directly to its north and the Shivalik hills bordering its south, possesses a unique hotel culture that mirrors its transition from a sleepy colonial retirement outpost to a bustling state capital and premier educational hub. The hospitality sector here does not operate in a vacuum; it is deeply intertwined with the changing socio-economic fabric of Uttarakhand, the geographic reality of being the mandatory gateway to famous hill stations like Mussoorie and pilgrimage sites like Rishikesh and Char Dham, and the distinct demographic pressures of holding…

Preserve Exercise Notes When Copying Phases or Programs
I would like to suggest an improvement to the programming workflow.
When creating programs, I often use the exercise notes section to include important setup instructions for clients, such as machine settings, seat positions, pad adjustments, equipment setup, or other exercise-specific details.
These notes are saved correctly within the current phase. However, when I create a new phase or duplicate/copy a program into a new program, these notes are not always carried over and need to be manually re-entered.
For coaches who work with recurring clients and frequently update programs, this creates extra administrative work and increases the risk of…

Coaches note on a specific week of a program block
Please add the ability to leave a coach note on a specific week of a program block, not just the exercise itself. Currently notes apply to every week, but I need to be able to write week specific coaching cues, like ‘focus on tempo this week’ or ‘deload week, drop to 60%’, without it affecting the whole program. This would massively improve the coaching experience for periodised programs. Here in this section would be a great place to add RPE, Tempo etc

Workout Plan
As a member, I'd like to be able to create workouts and save them to do again, not just a workout of the day. I'd like to make a workout by each body part and be able to rename them and look at them over and over again, not just once or for one day.

Ability to choose the thumbnail (or upload thumbnail) for my workout videos
When I upload my own video of an exercise, the first frame has the title of that video and I would like to be able to choose to show that first frame or to upload a thumbnail. Right now it chooses just some random frame from somewhere in the video. At the very least it could choose the first frame so that we could build our videos so that the title is in that first frame.

Master template habit coaching transferring into individual calendars
The ability to have habit coaching transfer over into someones calendar when you schedule in habits into a master template.
Right now when I create a master template in the programs section that include custom habits and I copy it into a clients calendar that habits don't transfer over.

Make it possible to copy/paste whole weeks & days keeping the order of the workouts/stretches of the day to not do each multiple times which takes hours doing every single one separately to keep the proper order. We should be able to enter everything simultaneously and keep the proper order.

We should be able to schedule progression to clients workouts without them being scheduled to their calendar, it should just apply to the next time they do the workout.

PROGRAMMING VIEW: Having more functional view when developing programs.
When developing programs its difficult to see where you're at in the programming because you have to click on multiple screens.
The side bar for the listed programs doesn't expand and everything is all in one list. We should be able to expand that sidebar to read each program name.
We need the ability to create "program folders" "workout folders" etc, so we can more effectively create programs without having to click on every single object to know what we are looking at.
Also, when designing programs, like other apps the program design section has the view set to where…

easier way to subscribe a client to multiple programs at once
Inside my app i have training programs, warm ups, mobility stretches plus their normal programs - it would be best to be able to tick through and add all the programs to one client like you can with products . if it's not through a product, you have to do it manually one by one and takes ages - a simple ticksheet would work better

Randomizer Block
A more in-depth example would be a randomized pec-dominant workout made from three preselected movement blocks.
The first randomizer block could include bench press, dumbbell press, and push-ups. The second block could include skull crushers, triceps rope pushdowns, and overhead dumbbell triceps extensions. The third block could include dumbbell Arnold press, dumbbell shoulder press, and barbell military press.
Every time the user opens that three-block workout, the system could generate a different version by cycling through the trainer’s preselected exercises. If the user does not like the movement selected, they could manually cycle to another approved option within that block.…
