I would like for clients to be able to add videos for form correction. Outside of the messaging app, if clients could submit videos in on the day they complete the workout.

Workout Records
Have a running record of all the programs they have done in the past. Additionally, when looking up their workout, it only shows the day but not the program title.
Add more information to this. I have 80 Different fitness programs due to modifications and so forth. I would like a running record of what my client has done in the past, currently on, and when you review it in the progress tabs not just the workout title, but the program it was part of as well.

Criteria-Based Training Program
A criteria- or performance- based option for training phases. For example, a client would perform phase 1 until he/she meets certain performance criteria (like 30 consecutive calf raises or holding a plank for x seconds), and then would be given access to phase 2.

Reps in reserve
We need things like reps in reserve. Being able to track a clients progress properly relies on RIR and intensity. Training intensity matters more than an arbitrary rep range. Struggling to understand why this isn't part of the app already, as it's basic on tools like everfit, 1fit, etc... Seems pretty poor.

Default updated videos
I would love an update to videos. A constant new theme like 'Demic Story' videos. 30 seconds of correct positions for a wide range of exercises. Dynamic Stretches / Exercises / Yoga so on and so forth - potential AI made and a better search

Built in/easier to program weekly progressions
It would be great if we were able to have seperate repetition drop downs and ability to program progressions to increase 1 or however many reps every x amount of weeks with a click of a button. Or even an increase weight, RIR, and/or RPE drop down doing the same. The current format is very tedious and time consuming having to go into each week and progress each individual exercise.
I would be able to take on more 1:1 clients and be willing to pay a bit more monthly if we could see that. I believe I would not only…

Easier exercise searching when building plans
I really love the videos with the girl with the yellow dumbbells for home workout exercises. I find it hard to filter those out so I can see all options and have to type in specific words instead. It would be great if there were specific filters/groups/tags so you could click on it and see all her videos in one area. I feel like I just miss a lot of them because I don't know what to type in to find them all.

Resistance Bands
My client is a beginner that trains at home and a lot of her exercises have resistance bands. When she does an exercise, she said there is no place she can add the color or resistance of the band and has to guess next time she does the same workout. Can we add something to help with this? Thanks!

Allow clients to adjust their programs if missed workouts
If would be helpful if clients could adjust their program if they miss a week or two of workouts because of vacation or sickness.
Clients don't always want to reach out if life gets busy because they feel bad but they want to get back on track.
They should be able to control some of their program to move things around easier.

The ability to 'check' an exercise after it is done.
Many clients have to adapt their routines due to availability of certain machines and / or certain materials, like when all squat hacks are occupied and they decide to skip that exercise for now. Being able to fill a checkbox so you can know which exercise has already been done would help them to keep track of what is still missing, so they can plan ahead a way to reach the end of that routine.

Ability to Stack or Queue Master Programs
Currently, Trainerize only allows one Master Program to be active at a time.
I would like the ability to stack, queue, or schedule multiple Master Programs in advance—for example, planning 3–4 consecutive Master Program blocks that automatically roll over.
Right now, if a Master Program ends on 25 December, I cannot load the next one to begin on the 26th without replacing the current program early. This disrupts the workflow and prevents seamless transitions between training phases.
The requested feature would allow:
Scheduling multiple Master Programs back-to-back
Setting future start and end dates without overriding the active program
Automated progression…

Adding RPE and Tempo. As well as adding an exercise for client to easily swap if needed.
Adding features like RPE and Tempo and being able to add an alternate exercise for your client to easily swap instead of searching through the entire exercise library. Also, being able to edit a clients program independently when added to a master program instead of having to add the workouts individually in order to edit.
For example I have a few ladies on a program but one of them has limitations and I’d like to give her options to swap a movement herself or be able to slightly edit hers program myself to fit her capabilities.

Merge Exercises in Exercise Library
We have some exercises input twice and then clients may use 2 different inputs for exercises. (Ex: "ez bar overhead tricep extension" and "overhead tricep extension (EZ Bar)" ).
This causes the clients to have 2 separate exercise/weight histories.
Would love a feature to "merge exercises" so you can consolidate 2 different exercise histories of weights into 1 and put 1 video as the technique video.
This would:
- Merge histories for personal bests
- Replace/merge both exercises in the Master Workouts and Plans to be the Merged ExerciseThis has occurred for me and my team after 7 years…

PR Boards for the clients (Personal Bests all listed together)
I feel the current "Personal Bests (aka PR) to Beat" runner for exercises needs to be updated. It currently showing
- Max weight ever
- Max volume ever
- Est 1 rep max (love this, I think it's the ultimate PR)
- Best 1, 5, 7, 10 rep PR's
- Then history
All limited into a runner showing 1 thing at a time.The upgrade that I feel will be better would be:
- Expand the runner into a PR Board
- With "best ever" for every rep number. (ex: 2x295, 3x285, 5x260, 8x230, 15x185, etc). The top ever for…32 votes -
Better UI in program calendars
In the program calendar feature you need to be able to easily bulk add or bulk delete (by selecting or highlighting) some or multiple dates. I should be able to just click specific dates and add a workout or body stat or whatever. Like how in some apps you can shift click or cmd click and highlight a bunch of rows or items then apply a bulk change.
