Free Form or Combo workout option
We use workouts that are often a combo of a regular and a HIIT program. There's no easy way to enter such a thing. Here's an example:
10 x 10 Strict press ( same protocol as the rest of the week)
15 minute AMRAP
10 alternating single arm DB devil press
9 Strict Pull-ups
8 Burpee to target (shoot for a 6-inch jump)
7 Toes to Bar
rest 3 minutes
15 minute AMRAP
6 Sandbag over shoulder
5 Sandbag Zercher squat
4 Sandbag situps
300' Sandbag WalkI would like to see a free form option or a combo option…

Workout quality scoring
I'm not a fan of the current "scoring" system for the workout "hardness". Hard is 7/10. What is beyond hard? I'd rather put "what was the subjective quality of the session?"

Things to note when choosing an indoor trampoline for kids
Indoor trampolines for kids offer a thrilling and engaging way for children to have fun and stay active, regardless of the weather or available outdoor space. Here's an introduction to indoor trampolines, highlighting their benefits and considerations:
Benefits
Physical Exercise: Jumping on a trampoline provides an excellent cardiovascular workout while also improving balance, coordination, and motor skills.
Fun and Entertainment: Indoor trampolines offer endless entertainment for kids, whether they're bouncing solo or playing games with siblings and friends.
Energy Release: Jumping on a trampoline allows kids to release excess energy in a safe and controlled environment, making it an ideal…

Substitute Exercises
It would be amazing to have a small drop down menu below every exercise where I can put what exercises a client should sub with if needed, little space for 1-3 options. Easy scroll and choose and it automatically switches into the workout. Clients searching on their own substitute exercises is a pain.

Search option for previous weights for an exercise
Instead of having to scroll back down through potentially years worth of weights for a certain exercise, simply being able to search for that weight and seeing all of the previous entries.

How to get a lean and muscular physique step by step?
As a fitness enthusiast and author at 'getleanmuscle.net,' I've crafted a unique and comprehensive guide to building a lean and muscular physique. However the following are my favourite tips:
Progressive Overload: Gradually increase the stress on your muscles during exercise. This could be by lifting heavier weights, increasing the number of reps, or reducing rest time between sets.
Caloric Balance: Striking a balance between a calorie surplus for muscle growth and a deficit to prevent fat gain is crucial.
Cardio: Cardiovascular exercises can aid muscle growth by improving energy metabolism, promoting fat loss, enhancing blood flow, and keeping muscles active.

Allow clients to change their exercises in phase.
In order to allow for more autonomy allowing clients to alter exercises in phase. Not just substitute in that particular workout so the change remains for the duration of that phase.
This way a client can swap out exercises when needed from a program, rather than having to substitute every workout or you can supply a program that calls
Quad Dominant - Hi Bar Squat ( can swap for Hack Squat, Front Sq)
Horizontal Row - BB Row (Can swap Tbar Row, Seal Row)
The client can change the exercise which allows you to offer the program to a wider…1 vote -
Allowing clients to swipe through workout
Instead of having one scroll down for the workout, the client has the ability to swipe through the workout so that they do not lose their spot.
Each swipe shows the sets and reps as well as the video of exercise.

Update exercise library tags
Can the exercise library tags be updated - or the ability to add custom tags for our library? There's a couple missing. Such as isometric movements; core rotation and movement - there's only anti; we have hip and knee dominant but not wrist, shoulder, or ankle, which would be useful for mobility work. I'm sure there's more that escape me right now, it's usually when I'm trying to add an exercise or build a workout that I realise something's missing.

Allow us to copy and schedule a previous Workout of the Day into a main program
Sometimes you'll create a Workout of the Day that turns out to be a gem. It would be handy if I could simply import that workout into a training program but right now, I need to re-build that workout from scratch. It won't even let me re-schedule that workout for the same client so that we can repeat the workout.

Could we be given the ability to change a Master workout once it's assigned to a client
It would be great that once we assign a Master Program or workout that we could edit it just for that client without editing the master copy. (If this can be done, I would love to know how). I know how to do it during the workout with a substitution, but you have to keep doing that. Or better yet, let the substitution stay with that workout once it's made. Either way it would be nice to edit them.

A filter for exercises that have already been assigned into a client's program in the past.
When long term clients are looking for something new and refreshing, its hard to know if I have already assigned a certain exercise in the past without scouring their old programs. For long term clients that would be painful. If there was a filter that I could apply that would eliminate the possibility of me assigning an exercise that they have already done then I would know for certain that I am providing a program that is completely new to them in terms of exercise selection.
