Make the Macro split 100% customisable
Ability to customise macro split to individual needs. i.e. 45% protein, 20% carbs, 35% fat.
Also have the ability to customise meals, i.e. I get my clients to avoid carbs for breakfast if they train in the evenings or increase carbs post workout rather than having a even split of carbs throughout all meals1,817 votes -
Generate Meal Plans to REDUCE Groceries
When generating a meal plan, try to reduce grocery ingredients needed by re-using the same spices, sides, vegetables and proteins over the week. It would be especially great to re-use items in the next day's snacks or meals by planning 'leftovers'. Example: have salmon for dinner Monday night, and salmon with crackers for snack Tuesday. This will save people time and money.

Allow Custom Macros to Integrate with Meal Planner & Recipe Recommendations
As a coach working with clients across multiple levels and goals (from fat loss to athletic performance), custom macros are a non-negotiable part of individualized programming. Many of us currently upload macros manually, but clients lose access to meal planner features and recipe recommendations when we do.
We need the ability to:
✅ Upload custom macros for clients
✅ AND allow those clients to receive appropriate recipe suggestions & daily meal planning based on those targetsWhy this matters:
• This would streamline the client experience by keeping nutrition all in one place
• Clients are more likely to follow…43 votes -

Integrate AI chat into the app
Add AI chat into the app so you can ask it to find recipes based on what ingredients you specify. Very easy to do using RAG based model.
Use AI to upload a photo of a recipe you have, then creates the new recipe for you with break down of macros.

Several Changes
- Allow Smart Meal Planner to be based on calories and protein only
- Have Inclusions along with exclusions to easily filter meals to preferences (i.e. Include chicken, beef, salmon so all meals come up with those protein sources only)
- Allow for 2 meals per day for an IF style diet
- Allow recipes to be sorta customizable in the food logger by ingredient breakdown instead of total recipe so if a client for example didn't like a sauce or ingredient they could omit from the recipe and easily delete from the tracked calories

Allow people to input meals on desktop. Many clients use My Fitness Pal vs the app for this very reason

Create a days food diary as a template to copy to any other day.
Create a template of all meals in a day that can be copied to any other day. Rather than entering each item individually ot scrolling through to find a previous day to copy from l. Would be easier to just select a pre determined template

Useless unless client can exclude allergy/dislikes
With respect I’m very confused as to how you guys could offer a meal plan product without the option to exclude foods people don’t like or are allergic to. I know you started offering simpler meal options but they are still waaaayy overcomplicated. As of right now the meal planner isn’t even an option.

calories burned
When tracking calories and macros I'd love for my clients to be able to see the calories burned. If they have a long run like a half marathon and burn 1500 calories, there should be an increase in the calorie intake for that day.

Add manual creation option with now meal quota restrictions
I have a client who responds very well to a progressive increase in caloric intake throughout the day. She starts with a rather small breakfast, a medium sized lunch, a large dinner, and then a snack at night. This helps her sleep better and manage cravings that she tends to get in the evenings (which is also just a common thing in general).
She has a rather low TDEE, so when trying to lose weight, we are at about 1500 calories total. The Meal Planner in-app limits me to creating only three meals for her at this calorie number. I…

Add more breakfast variety
While there are plenty of smoothies, toast varieties, and overnight oats—which are all great—it feels like the selection could benefit from a bit more variety.
In particular, it would be wonderful to see some additional healthy choices such as yogurt and fruit bowls, parfait-style options, or other light, nutritious items that are easy to make. These could offer a refreshing balance to what’s currently available and give everyone a few more nutritious alternatives in the morning.

I want to be able to see a list of ALL available meals
Sometimes a meal I'm looking for won't pop up even when it fits within their macros or calories, even if I un-select the options for this. I just want to be able to see a list of all available meals in the entire library and build out the meal plan how I see fit. Also, the ability for only 2 meals a day is an absolute necessity and adding time of day to the meals as well. Not everyone eats at the same time.
