Schedule
Clients having to have sessions already paid for before scheduling them is very difficult to schedule for the week ahead. For instance a client who is 2 times a week might get charged next Tuesday but his sessions fall on Monday and Wednesday next week. This means I cannot put him on the schedule until after next Tuesday. Allow us to schedule but then charge the actaully session once the session time comes.
A previous gym I worked at did this. I could schedule even with no sessions purchased yet but then by the day they had thier session I…1 vote -
Daily nutrition targets with variable macros per day
Hello Trainerize team,
I’m writing to suggest a feature that would be very useful for nutrition coaching and advanced programming.
Currently, nutrition goals seem to be set as fixed daily targets. It would be extremely helpful to allow different calorie and macro targets for each individual day of the week, or the ability to assign specific targets to selected days.
For example, this would enable coaches and users to:
Set higher carbohydrate days on training days and lower carb days on rest days (carb cycling)
Adjust calories and macros dynamically depending on the training plan or phase (cutting, bulking, maintenance)…1 vote -

Feature Request: Cronometer Integration
Cronometer has grown to over 10 million users and is becoming increasingly popular among coaches, athletes, and health-conscious users because of its verified food database and detailed nutrient tracking. Many users consider it more accurate and comprehensive than MyFitnessPal, particularly for tracking micronutrients and overall nutrition quality.
As a Trainerize user, I would find direct Cronometer integration far more valuable than MyFitnessPal. I suspect there are many other coaches and clients who would benefit from this option as well.
Cronometer is a Canadian company based in the Okanagan. There may be some appeal in partnering with another successful Canadian health-tech…

That check mark should be green if a client stays within their goal.

see how challenge points were earned
Allow trainer to see how each client on a challenge leaderboard actually earned their points. There is no breakdown of how the points were earned. We know we can set X activity to award X amount of points, but from the leaderboard, there's no further option to dig into one person and how they accumulated their score/points. BIG ISSUE, and surely an EASY FIX??

Automatically Adjust Workouts Based on Client Performance
Would you use a feature that automatically increases or decreases workout difficulty based on completed reps, RPE, missed workouts, or client feedback?
As a coach, one of the most time-consuming parts of programming is continuously adjusting plans based on how clients are actually performing in real life. Even with well-designed templates, there’s always a gap between “planned progression” and “real-world execution.”
I’m curious if others would find value in a system that dynamically adapts workouts based on performance signals such as:
- Completed vs. missed sessions
- RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion)
- Reps achieved vs. target reps
- Client feedback after sessions (too…
